I stay here because Kokapet is famous as the Neopolis hub. My experiences with the Financial District connectivity are great. I love the posh planning and green environment. I visit Viswam School and Star Hospital nearby. My suggestions face two issues: high maintenance costs and limited public bus frequency.

I love this place for its high-rise luxury. My experiences with the huge rental yield income are amazing. I live near the main IT corridor with great greenery. My suggestions focus on the premium vibe. My two frustrations are the lack of drinking water pipelines and very slow drainage work.
