Bhagwati Eleganza 2 Bedroom 1200 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai

I am divided on how to rate Bhagwati Eleganza. It is definitely a nice development with good amenities and very nicely designed rooms. While I do enjoy living here (as it is both comfortable and close to my office), the apartments are a little pricey in my opinion.

I’ve been here at the Bhagwati Eleganza for almost a month now. Have come to know other people on my floor well and it’s a very friendly community. My 2BHK apartment is 377 sq. ft. and very elegantly designed. I really like the fact that there are terraces all around the apartment (though they are a little small).

Bhagwati Eleganza is a beautiful development and best of all it is still pretty new. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to settle down this deserves consideration. Amenities include power backup, treated water supply 24/7, and good security features. The lack of parking space is a small annoying factor to note.

I live by myself so I do not need as much space as a couple or family. In that regard the cozy rooms here at Eleganza are perfect for me. I love their design as well since there are no sharp corners or unventilated corners. One problem that I have is that the kitchen feels cramped in my 479 sq. ft. 2BHk.

Service quality is the highlight here at Bhagwati Eleganza. I moved in two weeks ago and it's been one surprise after another. The management is very quick about helping the residents and the staff are all very polite. I like the rooms too but the sports facilities feel a little sparse here.
