Excellent transportation distinguished Ghansoli; the Eastern Express Highway provided easy access. And the Ghansoli Railway Station made travel easy. With elite schools and institutions such as NMMC School and Rajeev Gandhi College, as well as great hospitals like Universe Hospital, always accessible, we were spoilt for options. With neighborhood markets and eateries like Theobroma, entertainment was satisfactory. The bad sanitation and water problems were my biggest disappointment. The waste disposal was sometimes inadequate, and waterlogging during the monsoons was a regular occurrence. The commercial hub of Reliance Group has raised the housing demands in Ghansoli over the last few years. The Divine Multispeciality Hospital is very close to our locality.
