    The future of Kolkata is New Town, so my investment choice seems extremely sensible with huge expected profits. Featuring expansive boulevards and lovely green spaces, this neighborhood has the finest-designed infrastructure in the city. It is also quite secure. I love the modernity and beauty of this satellite town. Connectivity is excellent; the Garia Metro Station is readily accessible, and even closer is the functioning Sector V Metro Station. Critical healthcare treatments at Ohio Hospital and great educational institutions like The New Town School abound. The one improvement I would recommend is that regional governments speed up finishing of the remaining road stages to totally remove the present detours.

    I am awarding New Town a straight 5-star rating! Certainly the future of real estate in Kolkata is this location. With the Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub on the approach, the USP is a master-planned Smart Green City and the main employment hub. Through Biswa Bangla Sarani Road, connectivity is excellent; Sector V Metro is only 4 kilometers distant. Among our premium facilities are Eco Park, Ohio Hospital, and DPS New Town. With regular night patrol, safety is excellent. This is a great investment, as the region has great rental returns and vegetation. For quick excursions, I only wish auto-rickshaws were simpler to locate; certainly, we need a specialised multi-speciality hospital close by. All things considered, an ideal location to reside and make investments!

    My flat is situated in New Town and I feel the location has many advantages because of its smart-city vision, contemporary infrastructure, connectivity to the IT hub and airport. I am delighted to call it home for to the tree-lined roadways, green parks, and fresh housing towers. Stepping out for coffee at one of the lifestyle locations is my favorite thing; then, by nightfall, getting back to a tranquil lake view is what I like most. One little upgrade I hope to soon see complete operational metro access and more developed local markets and tiny business streets so daily life seems cozier. Still, New Town is a promising site to reside and own, in my opinion.

    Positives: I particularly liked my residency in New Town, it felt contemporary and obviously perfectly planned. I liked the large, clear roads, the regular nocturnal monitoring, and the green areas. Travel was simple thanks to the Biswa Bangla Sarani road; Sector V Metro station was very nearby. Given the strong presence of the IT hub, including offices like TCS Gitanjali Park and top colleges like DPS, I thought the rental need was great and warranted.

    Negatives: Finding auto-rickshaws for domestic travel was challenging and very irritating. Particularly because we depended on hospitals in Kolkata for specialized care owing to the scarcity of multi-specialty facilities here, this distance was challenging.

    Positives: I am mostly pleased with it because New Town is usually inexpensive and provides a very international way of life. Rapid growth and simple access to the nearest metro connection at Sector V Metro Station influenced my choice of residence. Having Tata Medical Center nearby is a big comfort; DPS New Town and other schools are excellent for my children. The area seems secure and safe, offering a good equilibrium between business activity and residential quiet.

    Negatives: First of all, residential buildings' public water supply pressure occasionally lowers dramatically during peak hours. Second, stray animal control in some housing parks calls for stricter, more kind action. Finally, the local authorities ought to raise the standard of pavement lighting on the inside service lanes.

    Positives: Some years ago I moved to New Town, and living here has been a great pleasure. Modern, tidy, and thoughtfully designed with large roads and green areas, the area has great appeal. I adore how well linked it is to Salt Lake and the airport; the New Town Metro Station that is coming soon will make traveling even simpler. Nearby are big IT hubs like DLF and Ecospace. Hospitals like Tata Medical Center and Ohio Hospital as well as institutions like DPS New Town and Delhi Public School Megacity are close by.     Negatives: Though the highways are broad, traffic on the main arterial roads during rush hours is a daily nuisance that has to be more effectively controlled. I also believe the local authorities should pay particular attention to enhancing the cleanliness of the market areas as well as the inner approach roads.

With excellent hospitals and schools like DPS, it is a well-designed region that makes it a modern, secure, and really high-potential home centre.

    Negatives: For fast short distances, the availability of auto-rickshaws has to be increased. A real multi-specialty hospital closer by is also much needed. Increasing the quantity of little, local grocery stores would simplify everyday fundamental purchasing.

    Positives: I chose New Town for its designed, modern style. Situated in North-East Kolkata, near Salt Lake, connectivity via the Biswa Bangla Sarani was great. Traveling was made easy by Sector V's Metro station. Good schools like The New Town School and hospitals such Ohio Hospital nearby made essential services easily available. The extensive, spotless roadways and green belt zones were especially pleasant to me. With current amenities, it was a cozy, reasonably priced housing choice.

    Negatives: Locally commuting was made more difficult since it was rather challenging to locate auto-rickshaws for short interior journeys. A lack of multi-specialty facilities in New Town itself meant depending on the hospitals in the primary city for specialist medical care.

    Positives: Being an owner here, I value the good infrastructure. Our nearest rail connection is the Salt Lake Sector V Metro. The Biswa Bangla Sarani Road links us well. Excellent schools include DPS New Town and The New Town School. For enjoyment, Eco Park, Biswa Bangla Gate, and Mother's Wax Museum are great. Goodace Hospital helps with fundamental medical needs. Regular night time patrolling helps to make this a safe place. Subhash Chandra Bose Udyan offer green spaces. Especially with the future Bengal Silicon Valley Tech Hub project, buying property here is something I highly suggest.

    Negatives: For fast local transportation, auto-rickshaws are hard to come by. Hence, a suitable multi-specialty hospital closer by is desperately required.

    Positives: New Town, Kolkata seems crisp and contemporary. Offering extensive highways like Biswa Bangla Sarani and excellent road connections to the airport and other areas of the city, it is around 12 kilometers from central Kolkata. Giving me a comfortable lifestyle, the region has vast shopping centers, IT parks, and green areas like Eco-Park. For the money, the neighbourhood is safe, well-planned and elegant; thus, I enjoy renting here. The lakeside walk at Eco-Park is the best part of my favourite.

    Negatives: Having said that, two things here want work. Its metro connectivity is still in progress, and late-night transportation choices are not as many as I had expected. Some local marketplaces also seem less developed than older urban districts. All told, it's a great rental option here.
