The upcoming metro expansion looks promising. My suggestions address two disappointments, including the frequent power cuts and the need for better local garbage collection.

I live in this beautiful, green township. My experiences are great because I am near Columbia Asia Hospital and Maurya School. I enjoy Rezang La Park. I feel the rents are quite high here. I suggest improving the street lighting and security, as these two things bother us every day.

I must say the locality offers independent houses, builder floors, and low-rise apartments. I suggest Palam Vihar for airport connectivity and Dwarka access. Dwarka Sector 21 Metro is nearby. Weekend bazaars and small cafes keep the area lively. I recommend long-term investment here. Traffic bottlenecks and ageing infrastructure are some problems in this area.

For top institutions like Maurya School and excellent care at Columbia Asia Hospital, I would recommend it. I see locals loving the close proximity to the Palam Vihar railway station. Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.

Here I am proposing faster metro connection enhancements and improved monsoon season drainage.

Positives: My experience in Palam Vihar was fantastic. I appreciated the Delhi boundary's nearness to the airport. The local Vyapar Kendra market was incredibly convenient. For my studio, rents were reasonable. Excellent communication to Udyog Vihar.

Negatives: I despised the saline tap water and the constant power outages during the summer.

Positives: This makes it a great investment, as rental income is quite excellent here. Everything is very easy with Manipal Hospital and Ansal Plaza close. Spending weekends at the Goa Country Club delights my family.

Negatives: Public transportation is rather bad. There are no large-scale shopping malls there. Road maintenance and drainage present serious problems.

Positives: I adored the cheap and secure nature of Palam Vihar, where I lived. I drove an auto every day to the MG Road metro. My children attended The Maurya School. Green parks were appealing to my family.

Negatives: Open drains, power outages, and damaged roads truly irritated me.
