I love Manikonda’s hill views and proximity to Gachibowli. Commuting is easy via the ORR, and the Raidurg Metro is quite close. Reputable Continental Hospital and malls like Preston Prime and Inorbit make my life simple. Also, greenery near Lanco Hills refreshes me every time. But narrow roads and water shortages are big drawbacks.

I feel Manikonda is beautiful with its rocky terrain. I think the rental yield is high here. I really love the urban energy and hangout spots like Lanco Hills. Transport via autos is always handy. I have complaints about stray dogs, dusty air, and narrow lanes in this locality. I think these things need change.

Here my experience is excellent; I own my flat. For my everyday trip to work, I use the Raidurg metro daily. Living in this gated neighborhood makes my family quite safe. Having everything so close is my favourite aspect. I despise the limited roadways and absence of adequate streetlights.

I enjoy my life here because everything is so nearby. Being close to my Financial District office has the great benefit of delight. For hikes, my family favors the nearby Khajaguda Hills. For pupils, I see it as really practical. I have issues with loud building operations and heavy dust.

I observe great demand here near Lanco Hills. My observations indicate that IT specialists put a high value on it. The neighbourhood is secure and very near Gachibowli entertainment hotspots. For quick travel, I would recommend using the ORR and Lanco Hills road. Just few minutes away, I see top-tier possibilities including Continental Hospital and Mount Litera Zee School. Even at midnight, I feel secure as the IT group keeps the streets busy. With my children, I adore unwinding at the Khajaguda Lake or the nearby parks. The Gachibowli office crowd causes rental yields to remain quite high. The steep, small pathways and constant water tanker issues are somewhat difficult. For young families, this area is a goldmine.

Living in Manikonda makes me quite joyful since my everyday life here seems peaceful, simple, and well organized. This place appeals to me because my surroundings are tidy, my roads are broad, and my region seems premium but useful. By car, cab, and bus, I can easily reach the Financial District, Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Outer Ring Road (ORR) with great connectivity. My neighbourhood is busy at night, so I feel safe and female safety appears trustworthy. Nearby institutions such as Oakridge and DPS, as well as hospitals like AIG and Continental, are valued. My parks, restaurants, and vegetation are my favourite things. With consistent rental demand, I feel my investment is worth it. During peak times, road congestion makes me feel drainage repairs need rapid attention.

There has been major business and residential development in Tenant Manikonda. The region is popular due to its upscale setting. Many software experts are investing in homes and land in Manikonda while working in Gachibowli and Hi-tech City. Infrastructure, commerce, and entertainment in the neighborhood are expanding quickly. From the airport, one should take Lanco Hills Road out of the Outer Ring Road at the Nanakramguda or Gachibowli intersection.

Located 17 KM west of Hyderabad's downtown, Resident Manikonda is a growing residential neighborhood. Infrastructure, retail, and entertainment in the area are expanding quickly. There are two roadways that go to Manikonda: one from Shaik Pet and one from Darga via the OU settlement. Most of the residential projects are modest in height. There are good infrastructure amenities in this location. Many software developers with jobs in Gachibowli and Hitech City are investing in homes and lands in Manikonda. In recent years, the suburb has grown in prominence as a result of the opening of offices for numerous reputable software companies in the close-by financial areas.

It is situated in a prime area of Manikonda, where all markets, including the basement supermarket, milk bar, poultry center, and others, are conveniently close by. There is also designated parking for cars. The entire neighborhood of Dollar Hills is a gated community with security. We have five safe entry and exit points that are close to our needs and offer security. We have access to the main road, and the location is on a hill from which we can see the entire city of Manikonda.

Positives: I am very happy in Manikonda, as it is close to my office in HITEC City. My favourite go-to place is the Khajaguda Hills for the scenic views. My experiences with transport are good.

Negatives: However, I don't like the narrow inner lanes and need the authority to fix the streetlights and broken roads.

Positives: I live in Manikonda for my work at the Gachibowli office hub. My experiences include having Avasa Hospital nearby for emergencies. I love spending my weekends at Lanco Hills. I feel the rent here is quite affordable.

Negatives: However, I face disappointments with peak-hour traffic, limited parking, and the lack of public parks.
