Furthermore, the average property rentals in this area tend to be more expensive. Hebbal's combination of place, lifestyle, and development potential notwithstanding some modest problems.

    For me, buying a house in Hebbal, Bangalore has been a great choice. One of North Bangalore's most lovely and well-connected regions, this one is Hebbal appealed to me for its beautiful lakeside vistas, vegetation, and sturdy infrastructure. Close to the Kempegowda International Airport, the region has great connectivity via the Hebbal flyover. Nagawara on the Green Line extension is the closest metro stop. Living here is really easy as reputed schools such Vidya Niketan and Kensri School, and hospitals such Aster CMI and Baptist Hospital are nearby. The area is perfect for both businesspeople and families; it is tidy, safe, and arranged. The one thing that could get better is more cultural or leisure areas.

    Being the entry to the Konkan coast and its closeness to the future Navi Mumbai International Airport sets its distinct USP. Centrally located for connection, this area simplifies my journey to nearby office clusters like CBD Belapur. I selected Panvel for its strategic advantages and now have reasonable rental. Anchored by the enormous Panvel Railway Junction, connectivity is excellent. Near well-known institutions such Lifeline Hospital and DAV Public School, Orion Mall offers excellent entertainment. I haven't seen any crime-prone areas; the neighborhood seems quite secure. Better regulation of sporadic water supply fluctuations, which are slight trade-offs for such a flawless tenancy, together with dedicated pedestrian paths/footpaths. I strongly suggest Panvel.

    Most of Hebbal's unique connectivity to North Bangalore and the Airport makes my life here great. The Hebbal Flyover system, which connects me right to commercial centres like Manyata Tech Park, led me to choose Hebbal. Although there is not currently an operational Namma Metro station, the next line will increase connectivity even further and the neighbouring Venkateshpura Metro Station is close enough to utilize. Manipal Hospital Hebbal is next with great educational institutions such Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. Adding more local parks and green areas beyond the main lake area would be my two primary improvements; the range of cheap local eateries is now restricted, therefore enhancing their diversity would be another one.

    Hebbal has been that peaceful place where I have started my family and settled down. I go to office through the Hebbal Flyover, and the ORR and NH-44 are both easy to access. Bus connectivity is decent also, while the Yelahanka railway station is not that far away. Lakes and green zones are abundantly available in the neighbourhood, while social amenities are also coming up pretty fast these days. Cost of living is also lower than some other parts of North Bangalore.

    Parking in the area during the peak hours is a nightmare. This really bugs me, since I can’t find a slot most of the time.

    Hebbal has always attracted me due to the comparatively reasonable budget range, in comparison to many other Bangalore localities. I always liked the fact that the Outer Ring Road and Bellay Road were easy to access, along with the locality having some attractions like the lovely Hebbal Lake, which has now become my go-to spot for walks and just some relaxation in the middle of nature. Safety is also top-notch, while road connectivity, as I mentioned, has always been good.

    The only issue that I have faced is the erratic water supply at times. This is one thing that the corporation should solve at the earliest.

    Positives: Going to the airport became very simple thanks to the Hebbal Flyover. Having Esteem Mall and Manipal Hospital practically there, I felt extremely safe. High rental demand brought on by closeness to big corporations like IBM was advantageous for my house. BMTC Hebbal Depot's bus routes were consistently dependable. The new Venkateshpura Metro line guaranteed future travel convenience.

    Negatives: My main trouble was the general lack of street cleanliness. Sometimes the garbage gathered up, especially on inner streets. Though it was a developing IT hub, I often felt the area was far from the established city centre, making certain outings a hassle. Moreover, finding free parking around flats was quite difficult.
