I advise clients that the region has new developments from well-known contractors, green spaces, and consistent rental demand from families and business people. Future value comes from Metro plans and road improvements in nearby areas. Local schools and hospitals are within quick drives; Sapphire malls cater for daily needs. Here, costs are still more reasonable than those of inner Gurgaon and offer excellent appreciation potential. Faster internal road completion and better metro last-mile connectivity for inhabitants are two things to be quickly addressed from my point of view.

    I am loving life here after recently moving to Sector 89. By vehicle, I believe the region is part of the new Gurgaon corridor and rather close to commercial centers. I reach offices on Dwarka Expressway swiftly utilizing local buses and my vehicle. Though present metro stations need a longer drive, I believe metro access is getting better. Generally, in the new constructions, I see excellent drainage and garbage treatment; parks and green areas impress me most. My flat is close walking distance from stores, tiny clinics and community marketplaces. For weekends, I prefer nearby shopping and movie alternatives. I want faster public transportation connections straight to the industry if I draw attention to one missing element.

I take local buses and drive to work; by car, the closest metro stations are thirty to thirty-five minutes away. Wide highways, fresh parks, and tidy apartment complexes surround my house, making life here seem quiet. Daily shops, food markets, and Sarvamangala Hospital are simple to get to. A little coffee near the sector bazaar where we hang out on weekends is my favourite haunt. I am comforted by the prospect of rising road projects and metro plans.     Sector 89 was quite safe and provided a calm, expansive setting. Being situated right on the Dwarka Expressway and linked to NH-48 made traveling to business centres like Manesar relatively simple. With top institutions like RPS International nearby and world-class healthcare from Aarvy Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital, the region had amazing social infrastructure. Local markets and the Wellness Club Gym provided entertainment. My main letdown was the general lack of dependable public transportation, especially feeder buses to link internal roads to the main expressway, even though the future metro link was a significant plus. This was a wonderful place for high-quality life with enormous potential.

    I appreciate it’s still somewhat green and apart from the core city noise. Although it's a bit of a drive, connectivity with several bus stops and the nearest functioning metro station, Huda City Centre, is excellent. For necessities, there are nearby institutions like St. Xaviers High School and hospitals like Sarvamangala Hospital. Particularly for large flats, rents are unexpectedly cheap. Usually, the neighbourhood is very secure and I have not seen any places prone to criminality. But the lack of planned entertainment and big shopping malls in the area as well as a striking absence of public parks or green spaces outside the primary residential community boundaries are the two gaps.

    Although not centrally located, the region's main USP is great accessibility via the KMP Expressway, Pataudi Road, and the Dwarka Expressway, hence making it a very accessible investment area.     Purchased my house in Gurgaon's Sector 89 for its excellent connections to the Dwarka Expressway, close proximity to the IGI airport and key commercial hubs, as well as its well-designed residential developments with green areas. I find pleasure in how I may quickly drive for employment and come back to a peaceful gated neighborhood. The rooftop terrace evenings with cityscape views and simple access to fresh restaurants and stores close by are what I love most. The speed of last-mile metro connection and some of the local service routes still in need of greater maintenance are two things I would want to witness change.     Positives: The sheer size and potential of a contemporary, well-planned municipality that I believed Sector 89's greatest strong benefit was. Driven by the quiet surroundings and the vast green spaces guaranteed by the developers, I moved here several years ago. Connectivity was strong via the Dwarka Expressway, which made reaching Delhi or the airport quickly simple. Particularly inside the confines of my building, safety was excellent.

    Negatives: The area around which decaying and broken internal roadways caused consistent dust and bumpy trips. Moreover, the region desperately needs local high-street shopping malls and adequate kirana stores so as to prevent lengthy trips only for minor everyday errands.

    Positives: Since the rent in Sector 89 is much more reasonable than it is in central Gurgaon, which helps my budget as a working professional. My office in Manesar benefits from the direct road access to NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway. With great security inside gated communities and top schools such RPS International nearby, this is a great neighbourhood for people. Shared cars and taxis are used by us, but there is not yet a specific subway.

    Negatives: The lack of local public bus or car transportation for short distances inside the industry. Particularly during the rains, the sewage disposal and waterlogging problems along the main service roads urgently call for attention.
