I suggest this locality to wealthy families and corporate doctors. I focus on the premium segment because of the elite lifestyle and proximity to SIDCO Industrial Estate. Residents get top-tier schools and hospitals nearby. I believe the old sewage lines and broken footpaths need immediate repair. It is still a top-tier investment choice.
