The 5 BHK flats are very spacious and are extremely luxurious. I love the amount of open spaces Tata Raheja Raisina Residency has on offer. You have a lovely park in the front side of the project which gives you a lot of open space. The greenery also is remarkable. Really lucky to get the opportunity to book a flat here.

What i like about this project is the connectivity. It is located on Golf Course road which gives me the opportunity to travel seamlessly. The close proximity to various schools, colleges, hospitals and malls also makes life easier for me. The added advantage is that the project has a marketplace of its own.

I am impressed with the ameninites that i get from Tata Raheja Raisina Residency. There are a wide range of indoor and outdoor game options available in this project. Starting from billiards, table tennis to Badminton courts to squash court, they have it all. The leisure time that i enjoy is remarkable. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The construction quality and the fittings used has impressed me a lot. They have used premium quality fittings which value adds to my flats. The location is outstanding as it is located in one of the posh area of Gurgaon. Also, the amount of open spaces in the project impressed me a lot. I am very happy that i decided to purchase a flat here.

The project is located in a very beautiful neighbourhood. I really like the connectivity as well from the project. There are plenty of schools, hotels, hospitals and shopping centers nearby which makes life easier. During the evening, we go for a stroll in the nearby park and in the weekends we enjoy a lot at the nearby shopping malls and hotels. Life is beautiful here!
