Listing ID: #10640171

I live here because Ravet is famous as the Gateway to Pune. I love the great connectivity and open spaces. I feel the neighbourhood planning is very modern. I stay near Ojas Hospital and S.B. Patil Public School. My only disappointments are the frequent power cuts and limited public transport.

I love this area because it is a growing hub. I get amazing greenery and a peaceful environment away from the main city rush. I feel very safe as a resident. My rental yield income is growing fast. My frustrations are the slow water pipeline work and the lack of local markets.

I recommend Ravet due to strong expressway and PCMC connectivity. I see it mainly as a residential hub near Hinjewadi and Nigdi. I note solid rental demand and good resale potential from steady price growth. I advise clients that internal roads still need upgrading and the metro isn’t direct yet. I share clear growth insight.

I suggest Ravet to mid-income and investor clients for expressway access and strong social infrastructure. I see good schools, colleges, hospitals and rising demand from workers near Hinjewadi. I tell residents they get broad transport links and growing amenities. I note urgent need for internal road improvement and faster metro rollout.

I own a home here and my experiences are mostly positive. I know Ravet for Expressway access and Hinjewadi closeness. I enjoy peaceful living and good rental demand. I see Metro work coming up. I feel disappointed with traffic discipline and slow road repairs.

I live in Ravet, and I enjoy its calm feel and greenery. I find it beautiful, and my experiences suit tenants like me. I like Xion Mall nearby. I trust DY Patil Hospital and Sentosa Public School. I feel rents are fair. I face traffic and drainage issues daily.

I recommend Ravet because I see strong growth near Hinjewadi IT Park. I notice facilities like City One Mall, Blossom Public School, and Aditya Birla Hospital nearby. I mention Bhakti Shakti Chowk metro access and highway connectivity. I flag my clients about traffic during peak hours and limited public transport depth.

I love Ravet for variety of contemporary lifestyle amenities. Commuting to Hinjewadi IT Park is fast. The nearby Akurdi Metro and Sentosa Resorts are great. I appreciate Vitalis Hospital and Phoenix Mall nearby. The greenery is lovely. However, the narrow service roads and lack of streetlights at night are very bad.

I feel Ravet is beautiful with its open spaces. My experience is that rental yields are rising. I love the breezy weather and my favorite hangout at Bhakti-Shakti Chowk. I have easy bus access from this locality. I hate the frequent power cuts, stray dogs, and hard water here.

I have a home in Ravet and my experiences are great. Daily for my office trip I use the PCMC Metro. This increasing center makes me feel my family is rather secure. The Pavana River is my most loved feature. The limited service lanes and regular power outages annoy me.

My life here thrills me since the surroundings is quite family-friendly. The great benefit of living near D.Y. Patil College for my studies is one I appreciate. The neighbourhood Khaugalli restaurants are much enjoyed by my family. For students, I find it quite easy. I struggle with mosquito issues and severe traffic jams.

I recommend Ravet, as it is the first step onto PCMC. IT experts near Hinjewadi consider it to be of utmost concern. I think the neighbourhood is very safe. My recommendations emphasise the nearby Sentosa Water. I instruct customers to be mindful of traffic congestion and unkempt internal roadways.

Being a renter in Ravet satisfies me greatly. The main benefit of this region is its strategic proximity to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, I feel. Working in the Hinjewadi IT Park gives me really favourable experience. The major useful benefits are the extensive roadways and the daily use of the BRTS bus system. For health, I advise Ojas Multispeciality Hospital; D.Y. Patil College is a well-known name here. The abundance of plants and the safety in this neighbourhood are what I most love. Young professionals find Ravet to be rather affordable, in my opinion. One thing I find annoying is the infrequent power outage. The lack of a real metro line is the fundamental difficulty.

I advise my customers to use Ravet as it marks the ideal beginning point to Pune. For commuters, I find its place next to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway extremely distinctive. For a simple daily journey, I advise utilizing Akurdi station. I see leading institutions such as S.B. Patil School and Sterling Hospital close here. At night here, I feel secure, as the main routes are broad and brilliant. The local parks and the vista from the Ravet Basket Bridge inspire me. Because Hinjewadi IT specialists reside here, I observe great rental returns. I believe Mukai Chowk's traffic and inadequate bus services need attention. Families will find this location to be a gold mine.

Living in Ravet makes me really happy, as it provides access to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Hinjewadi IT hub. With the close-by Akurdi railway station and BRTS road, my daily trip is very simple. This neighbourhood is recommended because D.Y. Patil University and Sterling Multispeciality Hospital are close for us. The family-orientated gated neighbourhoods make me feel very secure for women at night. For my morning quiet, I find pleasure in the foliage around the Pavana River. With excellent rental yields from tech workers, my investment is really lucrative. Still, I want better street lighting on internal roads and more public parks. My decision to stay here is flawless.
