Living in Film City for so long, I have no complaints except for pollution and poor traffic conditions. Sector 16 is posh and people can enjoy a luxurious lifestyle while living here. The availability of public transport and nearby metro connectivity has made commuting easier and more convenient. Besides, bus services and app cabs are also available in the locality. Shopping malls, groceries, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals are within close vicinity.
I used to live in Film City only a few months back before moving to Gurgaon. I think Sector 16 is a very good locality and we had access to hospitals, schools, shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, cinemas, restaurants, and so on. Film City is home to several industries and it has the potential to create good job opportunities for the local people. There were many options for public transport.
Being a resident of Sector 16, Film City, Noida, I can say that it is a convenient neighborhood and strategically located. It is situated right at the entrance of Noida via the DND flyway from South Delhi. It has very good connectivity to some of the important areas of Noida as well. Being close to the metro station, commuting has been easier for the local people. Overall, I am satisfied.
I rented an apartment in Film City, Noida a few years back and I think it is a very good locality with all kinds of necessities available to fulfill the needs of the residents. The rental price in Sector 16 is quite affordable too. However, power cuts are common in the locality and pollution is another issue facing the area. Otherwise, it is a very good place to live with your family.

There are many 1,2, and 3 BHK apartments available for booking in the area. Some of the apartments are affordable for middle class families. Metro connectivity is close to the area where I live, making commuting even easier.
