One concern I have is the ancient sewer lines. The waterlogging following rain is the primary issue and needs upgrading.

Because it is constantly lively and well-lit, I think the area is rather safe for women at night. For quick strolls, I love the neighborhood parks. Here my clients have a very strong rental yield. I think, though, that the dated sewer lines and packed parking desperately need work.

I advise speed-oriented road resurfacing and parking planning optimization here.
