Positives: I stayed in Sector 62, Noida, for a short while and experienced that it was a well-connected and easy-to-reach place. The locality has many multinational corporations, and the place was full of professionals. Having the Noida Sector 62 metro station close by, traveling was easy. Having Fortis Hospital and educational institutes located there was an attraction point for the locality. Shopping malls and markets also offered plenty of options to cater to daily requirements. Negatives: Some of the roads had numerous potholes, bringing inconvenience in traveling through them. The traffic during peak hours was congested, causing delays. Furthermore, the region had high levels of air pollution owing to industries located near the area. Despite all these, my experience in Sector 62 was, in general, upbeat.

Positives: I knew I did the right thing to purchase a flat at this location. The location has all I require with its well-developed, tranquil surroundings. I adore connectivity by metro and broad roads. As the prime IT and business hub, it provides an energetic yet structured ambiance. I adore how renowned schools, malls, and hospitals such as Fortis are nearby. The parks' vegetation brings a soothing element to the crowded urban life, and the area is safe and neighbourly. Negatives: There are only some minor negatives, such as a little traffic in office hours and sometimes waterlogging during heavy rains, but that doesn't disturb me much. Living here overall makes me feel comfortable, convenient, and proud to own a house in one of Noida's most established sectors.

Positives: When I relocated here initially, I felt that life is convenient here instantly. The place is a large IT and office complex so plenty of workplaces are within reach, and the Noida Sector 62 metro, along with good roads, facilitates my daily commute. Up-to-date malls, hospitals, and schools are within short drives, and small parks provide me with peaceful evening strolls. As a short-term tenan,t I have several local restaurants, grocery stores and a feeling of security. I also have good access to healthcare, such as Fortis Hospital close by, and convenience. Negatives: I do experience negatives congested main roads, waterlogging during heavy monsoon rains, increasing rents that tighten my wallet, and limited parking outside offices on weekdays. Nevertheless, I am somewhat content residing here presently and I wish local services would improve in the near future.

Positives: There's a metro stop in Sector 62, large roads connecting to NH-24, convenient connectivity to Delhi, Ghaziabad. Good schools nearby like Indus Valley, Jaypee, IIM campus in the vicinity, good healthcare with Fortis Hospital just next to it. Also for working professionals in IT or corporates its quite good plenty of offices, business parks, hence cutting down commute time. Negatives: First, flooding & waterlogging. After even moderate rain the drainage gets overwhelmed and some main stretches get submerged, which is very inconvenient. Second, pollution and civic maintenance are weaker than you’d expect in a premium area. Garbage burning, heavy traffic contribute to poor air quality. Streetlights, maintenance of footpaths in some parts are not consistent.

Positives: I believe coming here was the greatest career and family choice for me. It's like the perfect blend of corporate convenience and home life. I love having a flat here utterly because of the utmost convenience. With the big IT firms such as Accenture and Logix Cyber Park just a few minutes' drive away, my travel time is virtually nonexistent. We also have lovely well-manicured parks and having top medical care such as Fortis Hospital nearby. Negatives: Yet, even as a contented resident, there are a couple of daily irritants. The crush rush-hour traffic is unavoidable, making a short drive take a long wait sometimes. Secondly, with so many offices and apartments, securing sufficient public parking for visitors is becoming seriously rare and chronic in some blocks.

Positives: There are some plus points about the locality that I want to highlight here. The first thing is that we have a dedicated metro station on the Blue Line, which is excellent for the daily connectivity to our offices. At the same time, the NH-24 is great for connecting quickly to Delhi and Ghaziabad. Also, business parks and all are coming up here, including Candor Techspaces, Unitech, and many others. Then you can also buy everything you need at the B-Block Market, and Fortis is also nearby, which is a relief for me since I have elderly parents. Negatives: Pollution is my only concern here, and sometimes, the traffic jams, especially in the evening hours. The rest is all top-class, according to me.

Positives: I enjoyed the fact that Sector 62 was highly connected. Metro line, numerous buses, NH-24, and the Noida Expressway provided me with easy connectivity. Good schools, colleges, malls and hospitals (Fortis) were nearby. Greenery and parks were present in abundance in the area, making weekend evening walks enjoyable. Also, being a business/IT hub, offices were nearby or accessible. Negatives: Rainy times, some of the major roads became really waterlogged, particularly the Delhi Meerut Expressway Road and around underpasses. Last mile connectivity by public transport wasn't always smooth, moving from metro or bus stop to home was not easy. Also, as the locality became more developed. And rents/property prices were very high, running up people's budgets.

Positives: I enjoy the hustle and bustle but orderly ambience here. It is a big corporate and IT hub with massive office complexes, so there are plenty of jobs, cafes and services nearby. The metro station Noida Sector 62, along with good road connectivity such as the Noida Expressway, facilitate easy commuting to Delhi and other hubs. I have access to good schools, hospitals, supermarkets and new apartments within walking distance from my flat, and rentals cater to varying budgets and are reasonably priced. Negatives: Heavy foot traffic makes mornings congested; constant construction near office clusters creates dust and pollution; parking is scarce in some complexes, and rentals are on the increase. Apart from these drawbacks, the area is safe, well-serviced and highly convenient for work-life balance.

Positives: My husband and I selected Sector 62 since it is a massive IT hub, ideal for our professional line of work, with large offices such as Accenture and Logix Cyber Park a walk away. We enjoy great connectivity through the Sector 62 Metro Station and important roads, making our travel extremely seamless. In addition, key facilities are top class. We have Fortis Hospital in close proximity, excellent schools such as Aspam Scottish, and plenty of green space to enjoy quiet evening strolls. Negatives: Because this is a continually developing area, there is constant noise and dust pollution due to the construction work. Moreover, traffic gets terribly congested and heavy on the main roads. Lastly, parking is getting harder to find, and property prices here are very high.

Positives: Sector 62 is a mixed bag. The best thing is the place; it's a central IT hub, so my office isn't far away and the metro connectivity is a blessing. All that you require is here. It has local markets, hospitals such as Fortis, and lots of restaurants. It is quite safe, with the police patrolling well, so I don't worry too much, even at late hours. Negatives: On the other hand, not everything is great. The worst part for me is the air quality, with all the building and trash burning. Monsoon time is also a pain due to waterlogging and clogging on certain roads. The traffic is inevitable, but the unscientific U-turns and crazy auto parking.

Positives: I stayed in Sector 62, Noida, for a couple of years, and I enjoyed how simple my working commute was, such as I used the Noida Sector 62 metro and the Noida/Delhi-Meerut expressway to get to offices in 30–45 minutes. I enjoyed that large IT parks and companies, along with good schools and Fortis-class hospitals, were nearby, so daily life became utilitarian. I enjoyed the clean layouts and parks in numerous colonies. Negatives: I also became frustrated with actual issues, although I did notice waterlogging in intense rain and bad drainage that used to flood main roads and bring everything to a halt. I saw potholes and roadwork frequently, parking is cramped in congested pockets, and rents accelerated quickly while tiny flats seemed expensive.

Positives: I have been residing in Malad West for years now. I absolutely enjoy the blend of old complexes and new skyscrapers here. Life is a cakewalk here. The major malls such as Inorbit and Oberoi Mall, good schools and hospitals around the corner, and the Western Express Highway and local station, make the city accessible. Prices are consistent, and resale demand remains healthy, so holding here does not worry me. Negatives: One thing I would do differently, that usable public parks and tiny open spaces are scarce in areas of Malad West, so we don't always have a convenient playground or park right next door, which is the sole real negative I see. Otherwise, it's easy, well-provided, and close enough to Aksa Beach for a quick weekend stroll.
