My brief stay in Sector 62 felt quite safe and deliberately arranged; I absolutely loved it. Notwithstanding the corporate rush, the neighborhood felt calm thanks to the clear difference between the large IT companies like Logix Cyber Park and the residential blocks. The connectivity was what I loved best; the Noida Electronic City Metro station made my daily trip much simpler by being easily accessible. With Fortis Hospital always nearby for piece of mind, we had first-rate amenities just adjacent. Evening strolls were lovely and secure thanks to the large green belts. Because of its energetic, welcoming energy, I always suggested the neighborhood to newcomers. The one thing that needed enhancement was the constant, severe traffic congestion around the major institutional crossings during rush hour, which sometimes felt unavoidable.
With the metro station nearby and the roads linking to Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida, daily commuting is simple and Sector 62 connectivity is great. With shopping, hospitals, and schools all close at hand, the region is well-planned. The green areas and quiet residential enclaves hidden away from the corporate activity of the IT parks are what appeal most. The neighbourhood is warm and safe, and I feel at ease walking about in the evenings. Should I had to choose one item for improvement, I would suggest focusing on the pedestrian and drainage system throughout strong storms. Sector 62 is generally highly suggested as a wonderful spot to live right now.
For clients, I advise Sector 62, Noida. With great access via the Noida City Centre and Botanical Garden metro stations, along with nearby NH-24 and the Delhi–Meerut Expressway, this well-developed residential and commercial hub offers great connectivity. Good schools, hospitals, and numerous corporate headquarters abound in this region, which promotes great rental demand. At present, 2- and 3-BHK flats' prices present suitable entry points; organized apartment developments usually yield around 3–4 %. For both investment purchasers and families, it is perfect. Enhanced green open spaces inside some industries are one area I wish to see developed. For a long-term plan, Sector 62 is wise, in my view.
Positive: Living in Sector 62 is exactly right for a working professional like me; I truly enjoy it. The metro station right here on the Blue Line is the greatest benefit, it makes my trip perfectly simple. The NH-24 also allows quite quick access to Delhi or Ghaziabad. All I need is close at hand. Great institutions, Fortis Hospital, and the regional market always have food alternatives. Corporate and residential districts together appear quite energetic and safe.
NegativeNegative: The traffic, in my view, has to be worked on. The busiest times on the main routes could be sluggish. Better upkeep of the public parks would also be of great value. More accessible, green areas would be highly desirable.
I love staying here. Sector 62 ensures not just the metro access, but also major roads, and also quick connectivity to multiple corporate parks and commercial zones. You will find several schools and healthcare centres within a short distance, along with all other daily essentials. With more complexes coming up here, the security aspect has also gone up accordingly. I work in the Unitech Infospace building and it is also easy to access from the locality. Yes, traffic jams are a big menace, but that’s the story for most other places. I find it a value-for-money neighbourhood, to say the least.
Sector 62 is one of the top locations to stay in Noida. I feel that it has immense future potential, particularly since it has several top projects by leading developers. The Blue Line and dedicated metro station are key plus points, while the highway access is also there. Ghaziabad and Delhi are easy to access, while there are several social amenities in the vicinity, including top hospitals, schools, ATMs, markets, shopping areas, restaurants, etc.
NegativeWhile I love staying in the locality, it is a fact that peak-hour traffic congestion is one issue that often gets on our nerves.
Positive: I shifted to this amazing place as it was an IT center, and the travel to my workplace at Logix Cyber Park was negligible. The sector is well-placed close to the Delhi border and offers direct accessibility through the Sector 62 Metro Station on the Blue Line. Fortis Hospital was just adjacent to my location, and schools such as Indus Valley Public School were within close proximity. Shopping at the B-Block Market was easy.
NegativeNegative: Even after a moderate downpour, the central stretches tended to get flooded since the drainage system was loaded. Also, with this sector being so well-developed, the high corporate concentration led to an acute, chronic shortage of adequate public parking space for visitors in most residential blocks.
Positives: It is a top business destination which integrates flawlessly with Delhi and Ghaziabad through the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Sector 62 Metro Station on the Blue Line just here. Safety tends to be great, and having Fortis Hospital in the vicinity reassures me in case of emergencies. The heavy presence of greenery and recreational spaces makes the entire experience pay off.
NegativeNegatives: The most glaring issue is the severe air pollution as a result of the close proximity of industrial estates, which really impacts our air quality and is a cause for concern. Numerous interior sector roads remain potholed, being inconvenient and sometimes resulting in heavy traffic at times during rush hours.
Positives: I have been staying close to these business parks for ten years, and the place is conveniently special for my IT profession. Sector 62 Metro connectivity is outstanding, connecting me directly to Delhi. Safety is wonderful with round-the-clock corporate security and good highway roads. I have the huge plus of having Fortis Hospital next door.
NegativeNegatives: But constant traffic from the offices nearby annoys me, and local travel becomes slow. I strongly resent the frequent waterlogging problems which totally inundate the main stretches even after slight rains. I'm worried that the air is becoming more polluted due to garbage burning at the outskirts, which is pretty bad and must be avoided.
Noida’s Sector 62 has been just perfect for me and my parents. Firstly, I work nearby, and it was always on my bucket list to buy a property where I could reach home from the office in just 10-15 minutes. This helps me attend to my parents, maybe pop in for lunch at home on some days, and be back at work again! The entire cluster has developed so rapidly, with Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and other biggies setting up their offices in the zone. Yes, last-mile connectivity needs to improve, and we need more malls and restaurants. But, otherwise, the area is developing rapidly, and I also like how the IIM is nearby, since my cousin is studying there.
Sector 62 is one of the best places to live in Noida. Make no mistake about that. I have invested here, since I work in nearby industrial areas. Already, so many companies are here, including Samsung, Ericsson, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, and others. Also, we have the metro station on the Blue Line, while the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is also accessible. This is just like a dream package and last-mile connectivity has improved a lot over the years as well. From Symbiosis, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, and IIM to other institutions, they are all present nearby. Fortis and other healthcare centers are also there, while the area is relatively safe. Yes, they can improve the recreational amenities like shopping malls and complexes, but everything else is absolutely fine.
I'm really glad I picked Sector 62 after relocating here for my job. I feel it's the ideal place for a young working professional. The best thing is residing next to the IT and business hub. The Sector 62 Metro connectivity is a huge relief and convenient for my 1BHK. I have to say the combination of residential towers and offices gives it a very dynamic and secure locality. But I noticed two separate problems which should be solved. First, the heavy rain often results in poor waterlogging on some major roads. Second, I believe the authorities must improve civic maintenance badly and add more dedicated green parks for improving air quality. In spite of these defects, I still suggest this special commercial-residential combination.
Positives: I believe this sector is a special and excellent place because it is basically a huge, secure business district with many corporate and IT offices. I believe the connectivity is excellent, with an exclusive Metro station here and wide, clean arterial roads connecting easily to Delhi. I saw great cleanliness and well-manicured green campus surroundings, and with Fortis Hospital in the vicinity, I would say the infrastructure is strong.
NegativeNegatives I noticed that civic upkeep is a problem, with garbage being burned in some peripheral locations. I have to say the road conditions get surprisingly bad even after moderate rain due to extensive waterlogging and drainage system breakdowns on main stretches. I believe that even though it is an office centre, the lack of sufficient residential-oriented green space.
I think that my neighbourhood is the best place to stay in Noida. So, the metro access was the biggest USP for us as a family, particularly because we wanted smoother and car-free commutes. Also, my wife sometimes takes the car, so proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is another big advantage. Also, development is happening swiftly in this locality, in terms of social infrastructure, commercial hubs, IT parks, etc. I find it to be an area that is poised to become very posh in the next 4-5 years.
NegativeI do hope that the waterlogging problems get solved soon. This is a major issue during the monsoons, and we keep worrying about our car getting damaged.
It's great to stay here in this area. It's essentially an infrastructural paradise, ideal for the contemporary working class that I serve. The biggest plus point is its direct access; we have a separate Metro line right here, and hassle-free linkage to Delhi and Ghaziabad through NH-24. This sector is a huge job center with lots of IT and corporate business parks, reducing residence commute time by leaps and bounds. We have very good social facilities, such as Fortis Hospital and good schools, making it independent and very affordable compared to Delhi. The frustrating bits are the frequent waterlogging during heavy rain and the requirement for improved overall civic maintenance to stop pollution.
One of the biggest plus points is the access to the metro network. It was the first thing I looked for while investing in the locality. There had to be a dedicated metro station, and this one has one on the Blue Line. Also, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is nearby, thereby accelerating more development here, with several leading developers taking up residential projects in the neighbourhood. Multiple IT parks and workspaces are also close by, along with Fortis Hospital and some educational institutions.
NegativeWaterlogging is a big issue during the monsoons in this locality. I hope the authorities fix the drainage systems promptly.
I've had my home in Sector 62 for almost ten years now, and I simply love the investment! This location is an unbeatable central business district. It's replete with high-end offices and great education institutions like IMS, promising future prospects and great rentals. Our connectivity is perfect, with the metro just here. It's a very secure, settled neighbourhood, and as opposed to other central areas of Noida, it's relatively cheap. The roads and infrastructure are kept very well, resulting in a stunning, green route to work. My lone key recommendation to the city planning board is to install an upgraded drainage system so that there is zero water stagnation during the monsoon season.
Sector 62 is one of the good places to live in Noida. I had to shift to Gurgaon for my new job, but I have kept my flat here, since I want to come back here someday. The metro station was always helpful for commutes on the Blue Line, and Ghaziabad, Noida, and Delhi are equally accessible from here. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway can be accessed easily, along with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and the DND Flyway. Bus and auto networks are also present in the locality. Infospace, Candor, Stellar IT Park, and other commercial hubs are also nearby, along with the offices of several IT companies and co-working players. Healthcare and educational facilities are good as well, while Shipra Mall and local markets are good enough.
NegativeOne problem is the limited nightlife options in the locality, while the peak-hour traffic jams are a matter of concern as well.
Positives: I've been living on rent in Sector 62 for a very long time. The area is a big IT and commercial hub with business parks like Logix Cyber Park here itself. We have the Sector 62 Metro Station close by, so traveling all over NCR is easy. Well-planned with decent colleges and Fortis Hospital nearby. I definitely vouch for residing here for working professionals.
NegativeNegatives: The largest one is the chronic traffic jam on the major roads during rush office hours. The state of some of the inner roads and drainage must be rightfully improved, particularly during rainy conditions. The overall look of solid waste disposal must seriously be improved in strategic locations.
Positives: Having an owner at Sector 62 was my best choices. Having corporate firms like those in Logix Cyber Park nearby is extremely convenient. The connectivity is excellent with the Electronic City Metro Station around the corner and having a Great facility like Fortis Hospital that takes care of our family's security. High-end institutes like Symbiosis Law School also contribute to the area's premium vibe.
NegativeNegatives: But I do observe a couple of issues requiring attention from the local government. Improved upkeep of our neighborhood parks is something I would welcome, and inappropriate disposal of solid waste is presently an issue in some residential corners. Better and more uniform street lighting is also necessary in some inner lanes.
