Sector 63, Noida Reviews

Positive

Positives: I'm not happy right now since the housing values seem to be too great. I had always thought the excellent transportation access was the best thing. Every day, my commute was the Noida Sector 62 Metro Station. Fortis Hospital, I understood, was close for medical care. For food, I used to go the neighbourhood market often. I thought about my favourite fast hangout places' several little restaurants.

Negative

Negatives: During office hours, there were huge traffic jams. Narrow are service roads. I hope the city will develop more public areas and green parks. Daily, I believe the continuous parking problems irritate everyone in the neighbourhood. I thought the general public services fell short here frequently.

Moving to Sector 63 has made me very happy. I feel really secure here and relish the vibrant, energetic mood of the gorgeous surroundings. My most straightforward means of transit is the Blue Line Metro at Noida Sector 62 station; it greatly simplifies travel. Being so close to the main corporate hub means my travel is almost zero; otherwise, my daily life is excellent. Great connection is ideal, and I'm well positioned. My child attends Aspam Scottish School; the closest hospital name is Fortis. Chhiyarsi Sabzi Market and other local markets appeal to me. My surroundings are amicable. Very soon, the two things need repair are the narrow internal streets and the acute absence of large, appropriate green parks.

I believe Noida's Sector 63 is now a wonderful investment prospect. My entire experience makes it evident that I should encourage my customers to invest here because it is a great IT and corporate center. With demand for 2 BHK flats strong, I always advise this region for the excellent rental yield. The main benefit is the perfect connection; Noida Sector 62 Metro Station and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway are so near. Good schools and Fortis Hospital nearby help locals. Clients, though, need to be aware of the serious traffic congestion during office hours and the critical need for more and improved public parking facilities. This region is unquestionably a long-term winner.

Positives: I have been a homeowner in the residential area for around ten years; I first invested here years ago for the commercial possibilities. I believe this spot is a busy, well-linked center and my results are quite satisfactory. Though the neighborhood is average, transportation is great and the Noida Sector 62 Metro Station is admittedly close. Here, I feel safe and secure even if real flora is restricted to little parks. I advise this area to those who value connectivity to Delhi and major IT hubs

Negative

Negatives: My greatest disappointment is the air and noise pollution caused by the busy commercial traffic. I believe the area has to be improved. Frequent power outages must be terminated; water logging in the monsoons must be repaired.

Sector 63 fits young professionals like myself exactly, thus I am really happy with my tenure as a tenant. The abundance of reasonably priced restaurants and the super-fast travel time are among my favorite items. As a tenant, I feel safe here since even late at night the neighborhood is never empty. Yes, this area's rent is rather reasonable. My great advantage is my close proximity to major corporate centers such as Galaxy Business Park and Logix Cyber Park. I view the planned circular skywalk at the roundabout as a significant future upgrade. The one lacking and needing a much more strong presence here is a huge, well-kept public athletic facility.

Here I am really pleased since I believe that Sector 63 offers me great value for money in relation to Delhi. The strong business activity in the neighbourhood made my investment absolutely worthwhile. Because the Noida Electronic City Metro is close by and transportation is always accessible day and night owing to the strong presence of offices, my travel is simple. Particularly with good street lighting and an active neighbourhood watch, I believe the safety situation is excellent. Medical access is simple with SJM Hospital nearby, and we have good flora with little parks like Rani Avanti Bai Park. I believe two critical tasks need to be done. First, the restricted internal roads must be adequately repaired; second, the local market space is absolutely required.

I often recommend Sector 63 to my customers because I think it provides a balanced lifestyle between residential and business convenience. I think the security is rather dependable, and while leisure is less here, Shipra Mall and D-Park in nearby areas provide opportunities. Being minutes away, the Noida Electronic City Metro Station is the most significant connectivity benefit. In my view, the major benefit of the area is its strategic position close to Sector 62, a significant IT center. There are several nearby institutions as well as top hospitals like Fortis. The planned expansion of the road close to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway roundabout offers enormous future potential. One significant upgrade needed, in my opinion, is assigned residential parking to prevent encroachment on the limited internal streets.

Positives: Although I stayed in Hadapsar for two years, I believed I was not very happy with the bad internal infrastructure upkeep. I thought the fundamental civic norms fell short of expectations. The great safety quotient of the neighbourhood and simple access to the IT hubs were, in my opinion, the truly good points. The availability of Villoo Poonawalla Hospital nearby and the shopping at Amanora Mall thrilled me.

Negative

Negatives: The holes made travel unbearable. Heavy waterlogging happened during monsoon because of the poor drainage system. The road maintenance outside of the major highways was really poor. I was annoyed by the scarcity of metro connection very necessary.

Positives: Particularly inside the planned zones like Magarpatta, the surroundings are hospitable. My office travel is quite brief since the main job centers are near the neighbourhood. IT parks and upscale living define this area. The primary benefit is connectivity. The Hadapsar Railway Station is quite practical, and buses are available all the time. Though we still lack a metro, Phase 2 has approval. The closest hospital is Sahyadri Hospital. S.M. Joshi College offers education nearby. Because of the great demand, the rental yield situation is good.

Negative

Negatives: Constant problems are the air and industrial pollution as well as the increasing trash dumps in outer locations.

Positives: In Kalyan West, I felt really glad. Particularly given Kalyan Junction railroad station's proximity, it was a well-known area and clearly helpful. Although the general condition was swiftly urbanizing, the core railway connection came to be a lifeline. The bus system was really useful even though the Metro Line 5 was still being constructed at that point. Being close to famed K. M. Agrawal College and Kaushalya Hospital gave me peace of mind.

Negative

Negatives: Terrible peak-hour Agra Road traffic felt consistently jammed. Particularly in densely populated residential areas, there were also regular parking spot problems. Good infrastructure for air pollution management struck me as the most pressing fix needed.

Positives: Particularly given my office's closeness, Sector 63 is a quite workable location to lease. The transportation is the finest benefit. The Electronic City Metro station is very accessible, hence my travel is simple and affordable. Here, I find affordability to be better than in other places. Furthermore, close by are respected schools and hospitals, such as Fortis, which would greatly simplify life for my family.

Negative

Negatives: After dark, particularly in the inside lanes, women's safety seems rather iffy. The persistent noise, the heavy traffic congestion on the major thoroughfares, the extensive waterlogging during monsoon, and the general absence of tranquil greenery constitute big disappointments.

Positives: I advise all young professionals to pick Sector 63 because the rent is quite reasonable. Local markets and quick transportation make it rather simple to live here. My university is close to Sector 62, hence I just take a brief automobile ride to the Sector 62 Metro Station; it's quite simple to reach. Here I am safe; with taxis and vehicles, late-night transportation is usually easily accessible. Though there is no significant future metro project here, the current connectivity is excellent. The Talwalkars Hifi Gym is the closest place I like.

Negative

Negatives: Parking spaces call for much better planning since the crowd grows daily. The narrow streets inside of sectors also need prompt enlargement and repair.

Positives: Sector 63 is great since it's close to Delhi and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, hence it offers excellent connectivity. For investment returns, I strongly advise it. My travel is extremely fast since my workplace is in an IT center here. Particularly with Fortis Hospital close by and the Noida Sector 62 Metro Station being so reachable, we are quite delighted with the simplicity. For fresh basics, my family loves to visit the devoted Chhiyarsi Sabzi Market. Our weekends are spent at the Shipra Mall in our neighbourhood.

Negative

Negatives: Every day during office hours, the severe road blocks and massive traffic cause the major challenge. In addition, the general region's parks and green spaces need major and immediate attention.

Positives: Certainly, its close access to prominent IT and corporate headquarters was the greatest strong point of Sector 63. Mostly for the easy travel to my work, I lived here some years ago. Good road access via the Expressway and nearby Blue Line Metro connection gives the transportation system great power. Safety is good, and even though there are some little, traditional parks like Chijjarsi Park close by, which offer some green relief, it is commercial.

Negative

Negatives: Narrow roadways and growing daily rush hour traffic made commuting a constant headache. The lack of ordered public parking space for office goers as well as residents was a major daily disadvantage that always annoyed me.

Because everything is nearby including stores and large hospitals like Fortis the area is great. Particularly in the major business areas, security is very pleasant.

Positives: Sector 63 seem like the corporate center for this region of Noida. Right here on the Blue Line, the Noida Electronic City Metro Station presents great future possibilities. It's a fantastic investment. I intend to remain for years. For those working nearby, I strongly advise it. I was especially impressed by the great volume of commercial locations and solid IT firms. We enjoy simple highway access and excellent stores.

Negative

Negatives: Major maintenance and repair are required for the internal service roads and pavement quality. Since the focus is now so commercial, more committed green parks and community facilities created for inhabitants here are needed.

With Sector 63 being among Noida's most developed commercial-cum-residential areas, regular high rental return is guaranteed. Its particular aspect is the strategic placement on the boundary of Delhi or Ghaziabad and the Delhi- Meerut Expressway. With immediate access from the Noida Electronic City Metro station, connectivity is first-rate. Compared to core areas, properties here are inexpensive. Rental demand is always strong because of the large labor base. Easy access to Shipra Mall, Fortis Hospital, and well-known schools like Rudra Global School finish it out. From my angle, this is a sure investment with guaranteed returns. There are two areas, though, that call for quick attention. Better traffic control at U-turns and more reserved parking spaces are part of this.

Starting my life as a renter in Sector 63 has proved to be rather pleasant. I believe the center of the area is here, and my thought on connectivity is great. Within walking distance, which I adore, is the Noida Electronic City Metro. The local infrastructure, notably the sewage system in my area, appears really orderly and well kept. The instant accessibility of everything really enthralled me. Nearness to work is the best thing. I suggest this area since it allows such a simple existence. Schools like Aspam Scottish School and hospitals like Jeevan Hospital are nearby. Being exactly in the middle of a major corporate center implies my journey is virtually nonexistent. The area needs more public green areas and parks in my view.

I am really glad I decided to put money in Sector 63; the connecting is incredible. Public transportation is always accessible, and my home is right next to the Noida Electronic City Metro Station. My children's short proximity to Fortis Hospital and Rudra Global School is around. With good green areas, the area is fairly immaculate. A fantastic future safety improvement is the fresh circular skywalk initiative. My sole big worry is the great noise pollution brought on by the proximity to the main Expressway and business activity.

Positives: Mostly for employment and a quick commute, I picked Sector 63. I believe the metro helps a lot nearby Noida Electronic City and Sector 62. Delhi and other Noida districts connect naturally with buses and roads. Fortis and Max are reachable when required, I believe. For basic needs and weekend plans, I may get to DLF Mall of India. I save on travel since close-by IT parks and large Sector 62 office hubs are nearby.

Negative

Negatives: Here are some green spots and mini-parks I have noticed. For this area, I find the rent to be reasonable. In my opinion, better recreational facilities and cleaner public spaces are desperately needed. For now, it is livable and practical for general use.

Within reach are Fortis and other hospitals; close by are fine schools like Aspam Scottish. For shopping, DLF Mall of India is a quick trip away.

Positives: Living in Sector 63 was simply unremarkable. Given its surroundings, it was without question reasonably priced. I enjoyed the rapid access to the Noida Electronic City Metro station. It made commuting to the Sector 62 office hub quite simple. Having Fortis Hospital nearby was reassuring, and essentials were always within easy reach. I still recall the little patch of green offered by the D Block Park.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly when people parked illegally, the daily traffic congestion was a nightmare. Poor drainage resulted in bad flooding of the roadways throughout the monsoons. Too many power outages and voltage swings also plagued us all the time. It got quite aggravating.

Positives: From my perspective, this is a reasonable choice for working professionals. Compared to more upscale Noida areas, rents are really reasonable. The journey was my first concern. Sector 62 Metro Station makes travelling quite simple. The close distance to the IT centre and the vibrant Chhiyarsi Sabzi Market for groceries are the greatest advantages. All essential services are nearby. Fortis Hospital is among them. I especially like the variety of dining possibilities and discovering little, green parks for a rejuvenating break.

Positives: I put money here because Sector 63 is ideally located as a top IT and corporate center. For commercial office space as well as residential units, the rental yield is always decent. With the Sector 62 Metro Station quite near, bus and car connectivity is great and has several stops. Metro connection is excellent. The great general rating for connectivity and liveability of the neighbourhood is my favourite. For entry-level workers, the neighborhood is cheap; thus, it is quite appealing for tenants. Professionals will find this location ideal given the surrounding IT and corporate headquarters.

Negative

Negatives: I worry that the local interior residential settlements need major improvement in garbage control and cleanliness.

Positives: Dual identities as a prime corporate center and a quickly reachable housing area set Sector 63 apart. Given the brief travel to major nearby businesses, my life here is quite comfortable. The Noida Electronic City Metro Station is practically within walking distance. This makes Delhi and the rest of NCR very easy to connect to. The high standard of social amenities, including fast access to Fortis Hospital, is most remarkable. Small neighborhood parks, such the one close to Block H, provide some desperately needed foliage.

Negative

Negatives: Two elements, however, are offensive and call for urgent action. A persistent nuisance are the congested roads during office hours and their limited breadth. Often, unauthorised encroachments and inadequate legitimate parking are also present.

I hope future traffic flow will be improved by the planned broadening of the neighbouring NH-24 road.

Negative

Negatives: The peak-hour traffic is absolutely appalling, and the sanitation levels need considerable work. Sector 63's unrivaled closeness to the corporate parks drew me there. My largest success here is that my journey to the Sector 62 office center is really fast. For professionals, the rents are very inexpensive in contrast to the more upscale sections of Noida, thus making it a sensible pick. This region possesses everything: many excellent restaurants close by, the regional Chhiyarsi market is great, and the metro stop is close. For a young professional, I believe this place is quite convenient, dynamic, and practical. The Noida Electronic City Metro's simple connection really appeals to me. But the last-mile connection from the subway station to the inner residential regions must still be significantly improved. For better safety, pedestrian routes should also be upgraded.

Positives: Though a few logistical problems impact everyday convenience, my experience living in Sector 63 has mostly been good. Main reasons I chose to move here were price, proximity to significant commercial hubs, and accessibility. Negative

Negatives: There are discernible gaps in last-mile connectivity from the metro to the inner residential blocks. Therefore dependency on shared vehicles is necessary. I am giving this place five stars because it is its greatest asset. Its role as a large, cheap employment center sets it apart and successfully connects Noida with Delhi. Positives: I fit right in living here. Its extremely dynamic personality derives from its status as only a commercial center. I picked this place, as it is ideal for business. Though not centrally located in the conventional sense, the Noida Electronic City Metro Station connects Delhi very well. The sheer number of close corporate parks and industrial areas is the main advantage. Hospitals such as Fortis are shut, and rent is rather cheap.

Negative

Negatives: Still, the whole infrastructure is getting old and the roads are quite small and choked. Also directly inside the area there is a shortage of renowned hospitals and excellent schools. Positives: Sector 63 is excellent for connectivity. Right here is the Delhi Meerut Expressway, and the Noida Electronic City Metro Station is quite close to us. Nearby are prominent medical facilities such Fortis Hospital and excellent educational choices such Aspam Scottish School. Shopping is best done at the Chhiyarsi Sabzi Market; for enjoyment, DLF Mall of India is a quick drive. Being a major employment center, living here is safe and the community is active yet welcoming. I find metro accessibility very handy. For the urban lifestyle, one should absolutely live here.

Negative

Negatives: I experience rush hour causes severe traffic on the highways here. More parks and green belts could benefit the general surroundings.

In this lovely location, I own a home. I adore this place since it combines first-rate connectivity with contemporary infrastructure. An ideal home is the nearby metro station, the main roadways including the Delhi- Meerut Expressway, and fast connection to employment centers. Schools, hospitals and shopping conveniences are all quite nearby. My favourite aspect is that I live in a peaceful pocket despite the vibrant surroundings. Better control of traffic volumes during peak hours and simpler last-mile public transportation from certain interior locations are one thing I would wish to see better. Still, I feel certain that this area makes a great purchasing and living choice.

Positives: I just moved here and am really surprised at how well linked this is. Travel to Delhi, Ghaziabad, and other sections of Noida is really simple because the site is next to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and near the Metro station. Daily necessities are met by regional marketplaces and more major stores nearby as well as schools and hospitals including Jeevan Hospital in the region. Here living is secure; there are green areas and rent is reasonable for the quality. Being near the city core yet still in a quiet block is my favourite feature.

Negative

Negatives: That being said, two areas require development: roads frequently become clogged by large traffic and certain inside lanes are narrow and under little heavy load. All things considered, I would say it's rather great place to rent.
