By the lake, is very beautiful plotting project I ever seen. It has well developed plots, amenities with clear title documents. It is easily accessible from the Shirwal, and only 1hr away from Pune. All the staff is good and cooperative. The plots are affordable in price. Those who want peace and spend some quality time with their loved ones in a peaceful location, it will be a best choice for them. There are 4 bungalow which are completed till now. I felt the calmness and peace on site. The sunrise, sunset and the rain scenes from site makes beautiful memories.
