I also really like the security presence. Guard is present at the main gate 24hours and CCTV is there throughout the development. Would definitelyrecommend it if you are looking for a cheap, clean apartment that comes withgood amenities and security.
Was surprised to see the huge sports facilities like the tennis court and joggingtrack. I love the little clubhouse they have here, it is not extremely large butspending time there is very relaxing. The other tenants come down to chat andhave a cup of coffee.
Also very pleased with the lawns outside the buildings. They are cleanlytrimmed and the park environment around the Icon is very refreshing afterliving in the city for 5 years. The facilities are really nice here at Icon. The yogaareas and swimming pool are especially nice as they are usually quiet withpeople just doing what they need to without being disturbed.
The choices here (there are 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments available)are very decently priced and surprisingly cheap for how expensive places arehere in Gurgaon. My 2BHK apartment is nicely furnished. It is a little baresince all the furniture is the essential things like sofas and a tv stand and so onbut it comes with soft lighting that mixes well with the furniture so I will notcomplain.
I have been a resident at the Icon for a little over half a month now and I amvery impressed by this place. Came to my attention after I got tired of lookingat luxury apartments that were priced at 2 crore+ which is just crazy foranything less than maybe a 4BHK apartment.
