I had hoped for covered or basement parking, particularly at this cost. The infrastructure is not up to mark.

The builder has an excellent track record of more than 500 projects, which gives confidence a boost.

I have recommended Ostwal Paramount to a lot of mid-income buyers. The low-density property has spacious flats that are ideal for families.
