The great position of the Valley Shilp project can be attributed to its close proximity to the NH 4 just 2 KM away. The project has good accessibility as the locality connects well to all the major roadways in CBD Belapur that connects the area with the city center.

Valley Shilp is marketed as affordable housing but the apartments are better than what I expected earlier. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms come with premium fixtures along with vitrified tile flooring in all living spaces. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex.
