The great position of the Valley Shilp project can be attributed to its close proximity to the NH 4 just 2 KM away. The project has good accessibility as the locality connects well to all the major roadways in CBD Belapur that connects the area with the city center.

Valley Shilp is marketed as affordable housing but the apartments are better than what I expected earlier. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms come with premium fixtures along with vitrified tile flooring in all living spaces. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex. But at this price with various facilities, it's worth it.

Valley Shilp is a stunning township with large open spaces and is very appreciated considering the upscale locality of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The pricing is one of the best in the area and offers the largest living area in this price point.
