CIDCO LOTTERY: OUTCOME

First, you must visit the official site of CIDCO, and then the homepage of the website will open. On the website’s main page, the candidate must enter their username, password, and verification code in the area where ‘Login’ is being displayed and then click on the login button. After that, the next page will open. On this page, you need to click on the “Results” option. WHAT TO DO AFTER WINNING THE CIDCO LOTTERY 

The first subject matter sheet containing all the documents will be sent to the CIDCO winner, after which they must provide the required documents such as PAN ID, address ID, income ID, passport, voter ID, birth certificate, etc. The winner will submit all the required documents and then pay some part of the fee within the time limit specified by the applicant. The winner receives the appointment letter, and the candidate must pay stamp duty and registration fee according to the appointment letter and send a copy to submit the registration certificate to the CIDCO office. Then the applicant receives a power of attorney, thereby granting ownership.

Can CIDCO APARTMENTS BE SOLD?

The state government plans to legalize the transfer of designated floors in the Navi Mumbai CIDCO project. Currently, beneficiaries with CIDCO allocated floors cannot sell them for at least five years.  According to the plan, buyers who grant CIDCO the right to transfer for up to five years can legalize the transaction.

CIDCO recently announced the results of the 2020 housing program, which will provide more than 4,400 housing units to eligible applicants working in the Maharashtra State Police Department. As part of the 2019 Swapnapurthi housing plan, applicants in the Economically Disadvantaged Group (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) categories in the 37th district of Kharghar received approximately 814 residential units. Among them, about 619 houses are classified as LIG and 195 for the EWS category. The block size of the EWS category is still 28.63 square meters, and the basic price is INR 24.9 Lakhs. On the other hand, the room size for the LIG category is 34.36 square meters, and the basic price is INR 39.1 lakhs.

As part of the Valley Shilp plan, CIDCO will install MIG and HIG floors in District 36, Kharghar District, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Navi Mumbai.
