In order to complete the property valuation, you will be required to provide certain details about the concerned property. Various details like location, house type, city, locality, etc are required to complete the process. The property value is automatically calculated by the portal on the basis of usage type, construction type, depreciation, etc. The following is the step-by-step process to do property valuation on the portal:

Step 1: Login to the NGDRS portal using the login credentials

Step 2: Click on the ‘Property Valuation’ option

Step 3: On the resulting page, provide certain details like taluka, financial year, district, city, village, etc

Step 4: Enter details like property usage, age of property, road proximity, area, floor, locality, etc

Step 5: Click on ‘Calculate’. Your property valuation report will now appear on the screen. You should download the same for future reference

Viewing Appointments on NGDRS Goa

The NGDRS Goa portal can also be used to view available appointment slots with the sub-registrar’s office. The following is how you can view appointments slots on the portal:

NGDRS Goa : Download Application for Mutation of Land Records

The application for Mutation of Land Records can be downloaded from the NGDRS Goa website with just one click. One need not register on the portal to do the same. Let us have a look at the step-by-step procedure to download the application, and submit the same to the online portal.

Step 1: Visit the online portal of NGDRS Goa, ngdrsgoa.gov.in/

Step 2: On the home page, you need to scroll down to the bottom, and click on “Download Mutation Application”. You can find it in the footer of the page.

Step 3: A new window then opens with the application form.

Step 4: You can click on the (down arrow) symbol on the top right corner of the page to download the document to your computer. This completes the download process.

Once the application is downloaded, make sure to enter all the required details. You will have to fill in the Name of the applicant, the complete postal address, the email address and mobile number, the name of the property being registered, the survey number of the same, details of village and taluka, the mode through which the property was acquired, the name of the person from whom you acquired the property and his postal address, and the details of the registration as per the document. Once you fill in these details, you will have to sign a No Objection Certificate, which is a part of the application itself. Once done, you can apply.
