I want to sell my apartment in Bangalore before registration through tripartite agreement between myself, builder and buyer. For this Flat property I did the agreement with builder in Dec 2023 and I do not have loan for this property. This property is not yet registered under my name. Is it allowed to invest this money in capital gains bond? If not, what other options do I have? Note , I have other home loan going on for other property.
