Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities. Negatives: The Baner Road traffic clogs in the peak hours irritate me always. Sometimes there is a problem with dependable water supply, which causes reliance on water trucks.
