The USP includes smart space utilisation and intelligent house access control. VIBGYOR and Pawar Public School are nearby institutions; Manipal Hospital is very close for emergencies. The contemporary gymnasium encircled by thick plants is one of the chief enticing recreational amenities. The closest corporate centres are the Cummins and Siemens buildings. One of the most important gaps is the paucity of municipal water supply in some months.
