The rooms are mostly 3BHK apartments, but there are also 2BHK and 4BHK optionsavailable for people. Personally I think the 2BHK is the best deal since you get spaciousrooms at a very reasonable price.
I bought my apartment at the Glitterati a week ago, and I'm more than happy with everything about it. It cost a little more than the standard 2BHK apartment in Pune. However it is also around 1260 sq. ft. so it is much larger than the usual apartment too. I moved my wife and son down here and we are very comfortable, so it is great for the standard three person to four person family.
Overall I am very happy with the quality of living and connectivity since I can easily reach myoffice from the Kalewadi Main Road. I will recommend it to all.
For me the best thing is the leisure features. Apartments in Pune are very sparse and don't have much features but the Glitterati comes with lots of leisure features to help you spendtime or relax. I've been to the clubhouse with my wife and it is very beautiful. The jacuzzihere is also very relaxing but the party hall is too loud for me.
I am very happy with the construction of the rooms and especially the natural lighting set up.Wide windows make sure our rooms are lit up by sunlight the entire day and there is softLED lighting for the evening. There is a power backup and a treated water supply so youdon't have to worry about the essentials.
