Ended up buying an apartment here after me and my family got tired of a run down apartment that didn’t have a power backup. The price for a 4BHK here was a little costly but it comes with a lot of amenities like a power backup, 24-hour drinking water, and lots of sports grounds for the kids, so it was worth the price overall.
I have to admit I’m amazed with Kolte Patil 24k Stargaze. Me and my girlfriend moved in last week and we were pretty nervous about living by ourselves. Thankfully the rooms are all pretty spacious and there are lots of places we can relax after work like the swimming pool and the clubhouse.
Been here at Stargaze for a month now, loving the place. I especially like the fact that the rooms have large windows for sunlight which is often a problem with large developments. It’s right in Bavdhan too so I can easily hop on Paud road or the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway.
I love the elaborate sports facilities and green concepts of this project. It's difficult to find this much greenery in this area.

Lots of things made Stargaze the right apartment for me but the star has to be the huge sports facilities available here. My son loves sports and has already made friends with a lot of the other children living here. The development is safe for kids too as it has 24x7 security!
I’ve stayed all over Bangalore for 20 years now and Kolte Patil 24k Stargaze is one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve lived in yet. The entire development is surrounded by green park areas great for a relaxed walk. One small problem here is that there is no grocery store nearby.
Facilities are excellent; there have been issues regarding water supply shortages around this place.
