Among Mumbai's top gated neighborhoods. Plenty of space for parking, lots of amenities, and activities for kids (clubhouse, tennis, basketball, cricket, swimming, and skating). The people in the community are lovely, well-educated, and kind, and the support staff is excellent and helpful. It's close to Powa Lake. Once inside, you have the impression that you are traveling elsewhere. I adore this location! I am happy to be a part of this community.

Fantastic spot to reside close to Powai Lake. serene location surrounded by vegetation. A chilly wind blows in your direction at night. My boys like playing soccer in the large children's play area. Younger kids can also engage in play. You shouldn't be concerned about the project's build quality because L&T constructed it. In fact, it's among the greatest in the suburbs of central Mumbai. It is a pleasure to call this place home.

Excellent home complex located in Powai. L&T's own property, with easy access to the Central Expressway and Western Highways. every convenience, including a swimming pool. Our society's grounds include a clubhouse, walkway, good parking area, and grocery market for residents to enjoy. Together, we also enjoy a number of festivals. This place has pleasant, kind folks. Our safety is their top priority, and the on-duty guards are quite accommodating. I love living here.

Great society with plenty of facilities. It's a fantastic setting. It is close to Hiranandani. There are several marketplaces there. It has a view of Powai Lake. It's a really lovely view. From here, you can literally hurl everything you can think of. Nice schools abound in the area as well. The building's structure and layout are excellent. Fantastic hotel in Mumbai. Thankfully, it's our guest house. The apartments are well-kept and roomy.

Emerald Isle is a posh 10-acre townhome with 127 residences that range in size from 381 to 2729 sq.ft. It is close to some of the prominent schools in the city, including Bombay Scottish School, L&T Business Park, Nirali A.M. Naik Charitable Health Care Facility, and IIT Powai. Powai is one of Mumbai's most sought-after neighborhoods. It has excellent access to the city's international airport, JVLR, and other major business and industrial districts.

The L&T Real Estate Development Company is developing a residential property in Mumbai Central Suburbs called L&T Emerald Isle Phase 2. In sizes ranging from 19 acres to 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK, the property provides 127 apartments. Each unit at Phase 2 has a modern layout that can be customized to your preference thanks to the superb floor plan. My wide, well-ventilated flat lets in natural light until late.

The nicest condo in Mumbai has excellent amenities and lots of room for you to play, enjoy yourself, work out, go for a walk, etc. But there are some ridiculous laws, like you can only play in the garden after five in the afternoon. The construction is another irksome aspect. Even if the drilling is for our benefit and the people will appreciate the final artwork, I still attempt to study despite the noise.

Good Powai township including a large, lovely grass, clubhouse, swimming pool, etc. It features an area for climbing and a lovely spot with seating for eight to ten people with a view of Powai Lake. However, since Kanjurmarg is 6-7 kilometers away from the nearest local station, connection is the primary problem with this location. Because of its proximity to the lake, mosquito infestation is another issue. Otherwise, it's a great society for everyone.

L&T Emerald Isle Phase 2 is located in the Mumbai Central Suburbs and is just 0.14 km away from the Jogeshwari Vikroli Link Road. The project is also close to the Mumbai International Airport, which is only 0.4 km away. The nearest railway station, Kanjurmarg, is 6-7 kilometers away from our building. This makes commuting a little difficult for some people. Otherwise, this is an excellent project with so many good features.
