The property has a lot of greenery and is surrounded by gardens which I enjoyed a lot. I loved the overall convenience of the property and it is connected to the main locations. There are a lot of ample spaces situated in the site which I will highly recommend.
I also loved the location as it is located near the tech park of Pune. It is located near the Kharadi location of Pune and the airport is located nearby which I liked.
The Construction is really excellent and Duville Estate is one of the most famous developers of Pune. The size of the apartment is almost 3 BHK and has premium Residences. I loved the panoramic view of the city.
The price of the property is on the higher size and is unaffordable for most of the customers. I feel that the prices need to be reduced to make it affordable for common people to purchase the property.
There is a gym present within the apartment, but if the space is increased then it will be great for most of the commuters there in the locality. The outdoor space needs to be improved which I personally suggest.
