The kid's playing area is huge and it is safe for the kids to play here. There also is a clubhouse where all the small or big events are held. My parents are quite old and the senior citizen coven is the one place they go when they feel bored. Personally, I love it because they get people to talk to while being within the complex. I also love the amphitheatre which is situated within the complex.

The excessive density of forthcoming projects may result in traffic congestion in the future .

The area is yet to be fully developed, and factors such as poor public transport facilities must be factored in.
