I love the green spaces and the swimming pool. Perfect for families.
I am lving here has been a pleasure. The amenities are top-notch. I especially loved the gym and pool.
The interior decoration of the apartments is amazing and comfortable and modern at the same time. The bathrooms are spacious with very good quality fixtures including shower panels and a geyser. The false ceilings also give a fantastic look to the living spaces.
The apartments of Prestige Song Of The South come in a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 BHK -650 sq. ft to 4 BHKs with over 2460 sq. ft carpet area. It has all configurations to suit your needs.
Prestige Song Of The South is created by the Prestige group one of the most renowned builders in Bangalore and strives to offer luxury housing at an affordable price. The Complex is spread out over a large area and offers ample open spaces for the residents to enjoy.
Spacious apartments with modern interiors. Feels like home every day.
The location is convenient, but the traffic noise can sometimes be a bit bothersome.
All major roads that connect to the city centre are around the Prestige Song Of The South project. But this creates a bit of traffic congestion issues in the area. But with the peripheral ring road nearby it gets easy access.
Prestige Song Of The South is a well-planned gated community with world-class amenities. And includes daycare, library and medical facilities within the compound walls. Leisure amenities are also a long list and the options for sports are diverse from cricket to snooker.
I faced some delays during possession, but the wait was worth it for the quality delivered.
