This project is unique in its position on Kolshet Road, with superior connectivity. The thoughtful planning of the project 70,000 sq. ft. of central greens, is impressive.
One big reason I have selected this complex is its good amenities. There are swimming pools and gyms. I personally love Yoga and the Yoga space is another reason for me to choose this place. The security system is just awesome with full-time guards and CCTV cameras.
One good thing about this project is that it comes with smart home facilities with technology- embedded home facilities. This saves costs and has a positive impact on the environment. I love the fact that the neighborhood is also good. This complex also has solar roofs which is a great alternative power option.
I have recently purchased a flat in Lodha Crown Kolshet. I have fallen in love with this place. Great interiors, mind blowing facilities and most importantly it is situated in Thane, which is the center of all the activities. The floor tiles have been sourced from verified dealers and the walls have been made with Oil Bound Distemper.
It's a New Society by Lodha on kKolshet Rd Thane west, it is a small size concept Flats with low budget for investors & single Family to stay at Prime Location with All World Class Amenities by Lodha..
Being close to proposed metro stations and expressways improves its investment value.
I appreciate green features such as rainwater harvesting and EV charging points at here.
One thing I think the builder should add is a proper power backup system. This will help in managing electricity issues more effectively. Another addition can be rainwater harvesting to ensure the proper availability of water in every situation.
The kid's playing area is huge and it is safe for the kids to play here. There also is a clubhouse where all the small or big events are held. My parents are quite old and the senior citizen coven is the one place they go when they feel bored. Personally, I love it because they get people to talk to while being within the complex. I also love the amphitheatre which is situated within the complex.
The excessive density of forthcoming projects may result in traffic congestion in the future .
The area is yet to be fully developed, and factors such as poor public transport facilities must be factored in.
