I find Sector 150 famous for being the greenest spot in Noida. I am located right near the sports city. My experiences with high rental yield are excellent. Upcoming metro extensions look very promising. My suggestions address the two major disappointments: monsoon waterlogging and the slow progress of local commercial hubs.
