Prices are too high for the project and they may pinch. I feel I paid a little more than I was happy to pay. But in hindsight, the experience has been good. The amenities are good and I like relaxing in the swimming pool in my free time. Secure and gated community with innovative design and layout and near all major workplaces in Hitech City. So good things are there mostly.

The developer has ensured a value proposition with big apartments. I mean I have never lived in such big apartments before. Gym, pool, badminton court, clubhouse, everything is there. Good security also and maintenance (though they can be sharper in this case.

The roads are nice if you look at Outer Ring Road which connects to so many places. The indoor fitting and fixture part has been nicely handled by the developer. Society is peaceful and calm, but traffic congestion is steadily growing with more development. This sometimes creates last-mile jams.

It’s a nice project overall. Good sense of space and aesthetics while planning it as I can see now. Lots of amenities are there, but I still think that medical facilities are a big miss, since so many seniors here. Construction quality is good since it is a good and reputed developer.

Project location at HITEC City is a good thing; my office is nearby and lots of development in the whole region basically. So good for future price appreciation and I also like living at this project, with its lovely view and facilities. Only thing is that there is some waterlogging throughout the locality when there is heavy rainfall. So that is something that you should watch out for.
