    I picked this sector because its main USP is being a contemporary, well-planned residential centre with premium apartment complexes and green areas. For quick travel to the surrounding commercial centres, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is directly accessible as well as the Sector 101 Metro Station close by. Great institutions like J.S.S. Public School and healthcare at Motherhood Hospital help to cover basic needs. Although the rent is steep, I think it is justified for the first-rate infrastructure and safety regulations here. Still, I wish there were more exclusive entertainment and specialized nightlife locations inside the sector itself.     Positives: I am really pleased that I picked Sector 78 to call home. This spot seems to be a premium centre. For fast journeys, the expressway close here and the Aqua Line Metro are Top schools and hospitals are available; my society is green, planned, and feels really secure. This is why I bought here.

    Negatives: Real daily health problem is the persistent dust from ongoing building nearby. Developing more appropriate local markets is certainly needed at last so we won't have to keep driving to other areas. One of Noida's finest aspects is when the Authority can simply improve the local cleanliness.

    Positives: Given the encouraging connectivity offered by the Noida Expressway and the nearness to the NSEZ Metro Station, I moved to Sector 78. The availability of great community amenities inside residences like Sunshine Helios and Nimbus The Hyde Park made my favourite aspect. Shreejee Foods grocery and nearby clinics satisfy local demands. Good schools like J.S.S. Public School were readily available. Given the contemporary skyscrapers, I thought the land values were rather fair for this neighbourhood.

    Positives: Remaining in Sector 78 gave me a respectable streak. With good DND Flyway and Expressway connectivity to Delhi, it was a flawless combination of modernity and ease of living. A big benefit was the existence of several prominent business and educational centres close by. We appreciated living in a secure affordable property prices and great amenities like restaurants and gyms nearby.

    Negatives: The main source of agony was the large inventory overhang in housing, pointing toward subpar planning. Outside the complexes, inadequate general civil maintenance, a closer metro station or enhanced feeder buses are needed, traffic on access roads has to be managed, and consistent dust pollution from continuing work has to be addressed.
