    Living as a tenant in Sector 65 gives me great pleasure. For this area, the main benefit is the Golf Course Extension Road. Living in a luxurious high-rise community near my work is mostly beneficial to me. My everyday commute runs through the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro station. For healthcare, I recommend Cloudnine Hospital; having master's students from nearby KIIT College is frequent. My interaction with the gated safety and the greenery is fantastic. Although the lifestyle is worth the exorbitant rent, it is not very cheap in my opinion. The construction dust, though, troubles me. Lack of public streetlights on service routes presents a major challenge.

    This is the ultimate luxury center on Golf Course Extension Road. Living right next to major corporate parks like M3M Urbana offers the main benefit in my opinion. I advise this location for its great access to the Rapid Metro and Sohna Road. Families, I see, love the nearby reputable Cloudnine Hospital and top schools such as St. Xavier's High. Because of the elite gated towns and excellent security, I believe women feel very secure in the neighbourhood at night. Here I adore the opulent retail stores as well as the neighborhood parks. The rental yield seems to be rather high. I believe lack of public buses and waterlogging during rainfalls really call for attention.

    Living in Sector 65, the most elegant stretch of Golf Course Extension Road, gives me great pride. I like the opulent atmosphere and the quick drive to Sohna Road and Rapid Metro. Move here for institutions such as St. Xavier's High and Cloudnine Hospital, which are extremely nearby. Because of the premium security in communities such as M3M Golf Estate, I feel quite safe at night. I like WorldMark for amusement; the gorgeous manicured grounds are great. My investment provides very great rental returns. Less construction dust and improved street illumination on service lanes are all I desire. One's existence here is absolutely first-rate.

    Positives: In Sector 65, I am a small, happy tenant. The luxury shopping malls like M3M 65th Avenue help to define this place. Though not centrally located, it is quite near the Southern Peripheral Road headquarters. As a tenant, my experience is fair; nevertheless, I think the bachelor's rent is extremely high. The primary advantage is pure air and an elite crowd. I go by the Rapid Metro station at Sector 55–56. I would recommend institutions like Heritage Xperiential, not too far off.

    Negatives: Safety is excellent, but I have heard of small crime complaints in the nearby empty fields. Basic amenities like inexpensive markets are far distant. Connectivity with better public transportation is absolutely necessary for me.

    Positives: Being a rather content resident of Sector 65 Gurgaon, I suggest this neighbourhood for its luxury vibe. The best favourable aspects are, in my view, the expansive roadways and contemporary design. Living here is like staying in a top-notch city, from my perspective. St Xavier's High School is excellent for my children; thus, I emphasise it. Every line of my visit here has been easy.

    Negatives: I have two bad points to offer, though. The lack of a post office or bank branch in the area hinders us. Another drawback is the absence of a public park outside the private groups. Soon the government should mend the torn pavements.

    Positives: Being a happy and content owner, I find this region to be lovely. Sector 65 seems to me to be ideally positioned for a quiet existence. Near me, I discover emergency services like W Pratiksha Hospital. With the Rapid Metro and nearby bus routes within a few kilometres, connectivity is fantastic. Because I can easily reach the airport via the SPR, this location is very practical for me. Because of the strong security in developments such as M3M Golf Estate, I feel secure here. WorldMark Gurgaon is my favourite location for shopping.

    Negatives: Finally, I must add, though, that the high maintenance costs and water quality worry me. Local municipal water needs our immediate focus.

    Positives: I lived in Sector 65, and I really liked the way of life there. Friends occupied most of my weekends at M3M 65th Avenue. Since my office was at M3M Urbana, I gained considerable commuting time. For my late-night strolls, I adored how secure the surroundings appeared. Often, I drove my daughter to DPS International, which was quite practical. I also went for some plants at the Tau Devi Lal Bio Diversity Park close by. One big benefit for me was the connection to Sohna Road.

    Negatives: I despised the great traffic congestion at rush hour. I sense the region lacked a suitable local market for inexpensive everyday needs. I still miss the simplicity, though.

    Positives: Nearby is Emaar Digital Greens office location. Modern infrastructure and magnificent tall buildings seem to be my main asset. Since the Sector 55–56 Rapid Metro is fairly close, I believe the transit to be simple. For check-ups, I frequent Marengo Asia Hospital. I love buying at M3M 65th Avenue. The parks inside my enclosed development provide me some peace and fresh air. I adore them.

    Negatives: Large traffic on the main road is my biggest issue. I find great discomfort in the absence of regional buses and the dusty conditions. My biggest let-down is the dark service lane's safety concerns. Better streetlights, greater public transit, and cleaner surroundings are what I want.

    Negatives: The waterlogging is my terrible encounter. Every day I fight flooded roadways; hence, I need a significant drainage improvement.

    Positives: I put my money here hoping for a fantastic rental yield. The luxury atmosphere, in my opinion, fits my profile perfectly. One thing I love is that my kids' school, St. Xavier's High School, is so close. Marengo Asia Hospital close by manages my medical crises with great efficiency. The ambiance of the neighbourhood is very elegant and secure. My daily commute is simple because the Sector 55–56 metro is nearby.

    Negatives: Waterlogging on internal roads is a big issue. Need to fix the drainage system. I also despise the never-ending dust and noise from construction. For these services, I believe the maintenance fees are excessively excessive. I really had much better infrastructure in mind.

    Positives: I believe the connectivity offered by Golf Course Extension Road was extremely beneficial for my travel. Daily for my travel, I utilised the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro. For any medical crises, I found the close proximity of Cloudnine Hospital to be great. During my spare time, I visited WorldMark and M3M 65th Avenue. I was let down by the never-ending construction dust marring my balcony.

    Negatives: Internal section roads are really poor. I believe life is really difficult without local public transportation. The frequent power outages and exorbitant maintenance expenses made me annoyed. The lack of evening walk safety was my biggest letdown. I hope for better road quality, street lighting, and security patrols.
