I find Mira Road fascinating because my experiences include daily stores, excellent schools, hospitals, and low rent. I love parks and playgrounds for family time. By train I arrive at Borivali and Andheri smoothly. Though I like this location, but I think traffic congestion and packed trains need quick correction.

Full marks for the location they have chosen. I am a big fan of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and it's only 5-6 km from here. Also, Highway is close by and so is metro. Wife takes train daily to work so rail station nearby is also a plus. School and hospital within few minutes makes overall area very peaceful and prestigious.

This is an excellent housing project with so many facilities. I am glad that we booked our first apartment with Kalpataru. The gymnasium is fully equipped, and my husband does not have to go out to workout. The swimming pool is big and well-maintained. There are so many other sports amenities at our disposal. The safety precautions are great. We also have a minitheater and a library. A hypermarket is also present here.
