Full marks for the location they have chosen. I am a big fan of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and it's only 5-6 km from here. Also, Highway is close by and so is metro. Wife takes train daily to work so rail station nearby is also a plus. School and hospital within few minutes makes overall area very peaceful and prestigious.

I thought of going for this one from a future investment perspective. It is because of the fact that the location is highly convenient. You have the station, the metro, the WEH and all major roads. There are schools and hospitals within 5-10 minutes as I found out. Thakur Mall is also nearby as I found out.

Kalpataru is brand name that I opted for. I was looking at Mira Road for relatively reasonable price and glad I got it. So, amenities are good and also the best part for me personally is that I work in Malad. So it's not hard to connect there. Train station is nearby and metro also.

I prefer trains over cars any day and with Mira Road station nearby, it will be easy to go to Virar where I work. I also drove to the Western Express Highway and it really is just 5-6 minutes away from the project. So, connectivity-wise it ticked all my boxes for investment.

This is an excellent housing project with so many facilities. I am glad that we booked our first apartment with Kalpataru. The gymnasium is fully equipped, and my husband does not have to go out to workout. The swimming pool is big and well-maintained. There are so many other sports amenities at our disposal. The safety precautions are great. We also have a minitheater and a library. A hypermarket is also present here.

It has some of the greatest schools in the whole area, including both government and IB institutions. There are plenty of people out and about during the night. It is challenging for commuters to get on the local trains during the day because of their heavy crowding.
