Though I adore this location, parking problems and noise have to be addressed quickly.

The waterlogging issue during the monsoons needs fixing, since it is the only thing that the area suffers from.

The Liberty Garden is also ideal for taking a stroll. The only problem I discovered here was the waterlogging in the monsoon and the constant traffic congestion.

The coastline is accessible via the Marve Beach, which is accessible within 12-15 minutes by car. I love going here and watching the sunset or sunrise, whenever I can. Also, if you’re up for it, then the Juhu Beach is about half an hour away by car. The social amenities here are pretty decent, and the flat prices are still doable for many people, unlike some other Mumbai localities. The only thing I can say is that traffic congestion is something that the local authorities need to work on. The rest is absolutely fine.
