Negatives: The locality faces rush hour traffic congestion, which is inconvenient for regular commuters. Moreover, the constant construction work on certain areas within Sector 76 leads to dust and pollution, resulting in bad air quality and overall dirtiness.

I also like the serene, relaxed atmosphere in contrast to more crowded segments. Negatives: If I had to mention something, weekend traffic close to key junctions can become a bit packed.

Negatives: The only minor issue is that in the heavy monsoon months, some of the low-lying areas do get slightly waterlogged for a brief period, but it quickly drains out and does not impact the main roads.

I like to mention the convenient connectivity with Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and metro stations, making traveling hassle-free. The marketplaces here are developing rapidly, with superstores, dining places, and gymnasiums in the vicinity. I notice a good number of customers and investors interested due to the infrastructure and lifestyle amenities. Negatives: I do sometimes add that although development is rapid, some plots are yet to be built, but generally, the place is lively and secure.
