I have seen and visited White Orchid in Gaur City 2 (Noida Extension), and overall, it comes across as a practical and family-friendly society. The location is convenient since it sits inside Gaur City-II, where all basic needs like markets, schools, clinics, and daily shops are close by. Connectivity towards NH-24 and Noida is good, though like most areas here, peak-hour traffic can be an issue, so it’s better to check the commute during office timings.
The society offers the usual set of amenities — clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, kids’ play areas, jogging tracks and some green pockets. Security is well-managed with guards and CCTV, and parking space is comparatively better here than many older societies. Maintenance is generally fine, with cleanliness and basic upkeep taken care of, though, like in any big complex, residents sometimes point out smaller issues like water pressure in certain towers or minor repair delays.
Apartments are mostly 2 and 3 BHKs, and you’ll find many resale options. Prices are in the mid-range for Noida Extension ready-to-move stock, and there’s steady rental demand, which makes it good for investors too. Families especially like the environment because schools and hospitals like Gaur International and Columbia Asia are within easy reach.
