I really wanted to rent an apartment in a secured area when I came to know about Aditya Imperial Heights. It is very safe and secured and even has a play area and sand pit for children.

I primarily booked this apartment well-maintained, luxurious and located strategically. However, I think, in terms of amenities, there should be more. I think the apartment is very spacious for its price, and that is enough to convince customers to buy this project.

I want to buy an apartment in Aditya Imperial Heights because it comes with a large green area and it is very well-planned. I feel that it is one of the most luxurious houses in Hyderabad, and it is located near the major points of the city.

Purchasing a flat in this place has been a privilege. The higher level and strategic location close to offices give it considerable value.

Packed with great amenities, there could not have been a better place than Aditya Imperial Heights. I have water supply all day and this also comes with a power backup of 24hrs, and CCTV security.

There is no point of regret after having bought this apartment in Aditya Imperial Heights. It has close connectivity to the NH 65 highway. Moreover, I have great access to malls, schools, hospitals and so on.

I love the design of the apartment which is good. But I have had issues with water supply

Some basic amenities that any builder should provide were not available in this building. There are not many CCTV cameras in the area.
