Public transport is easily available. Roads are well maintained and fewer traffic jam takes place. Murbad is a palace that refreshes a soul and helps in discovering nature. Recently I bought a house in the local area of Murbad, Thane. The location is well-connected to colleges and schools. It is a destination for Bollywood shoots. It takes 45 minutes to reach Matheral hill station. Banks and ATMs are also close to the location. Buses and trains are easily available. Loophole about the location is that markets get close very fast. Auto rickshaw services are also closed after 9 pm.

There are good restaurants as well where people can enjoy delicious food at an affordable price. One drawback about Murbad is that the connection of the mobile is very slow.

There are many good schools and colleges like Wisdom English High School. Tourist place like Mahuli Fort and Karjat is also there. Hospitals and restaurants are also nearby which comforts the residents. A positive atmosphere makes it worth living.
