For the Financial District region, I consider this project a masterpiece. With the ORR being extremely nearby for airport trips, location connectivity is ideal. The integrated mall and the extremely high rental yield condition for owners are the major advantages of the project. Undoubtedly, people come to purchase here mostly because of the builder's reliability reputation. Nearby offices include ICICI, while Star and Continental are the closest hospitals. Commuters will benefit even more from the future station; presently, the Raidurg metro is the way of transportation. Finally, every client should be aware of the dearth of conventional public parking possibilities close to the project boundaries. Nearby to go with the opulent feel, some road fixes are also necessary.

I picked this location and this project because the rental return from IT business executives would be rather great. The opulent clubhouse and the luxury tower's excellent address draw me most. Regarding the builder and their performance, I believe the speed of the construction is excellent. Basic services offered by Continental Hospital and Phoenix Greens are very close. My investment plan is to retain this for ten years for significant value appreciation. With very little crime and a great police presence, this area is quite safe. Finally, I'm most worried about some side roads' lack of adequate stormwater drains. As I only invest here, I am not a resident today.

The sheer 52-storey height is stunning and looks majestic. Therefore I pick this project. My gut sense is that the primary attractions here are the BIOS mall and the sky deck. This region appeals to me, as it seems quite worldwide and is the core of the financial hub. SAS Infra, in my opinion, are extremely ambitious; I trust their construction quality totally. One of the main USPs is having a mall and office inside the same campus. Very close are the closest hospitals, like Continental, and purchasing such things as IKEA. The region is secure with good parks. Some inside lanes are quite black at night; therefore, my disappointment. I believe street lights should be built right now.
