This region appeals to me, as it seems quite worldwide and is the core of the financial hub. SAS Infra, in my opinion, are extremely ambitious; I trust their construction quality totally. One of the main USPs is having a mall and office inside the same campus. Very close are the closest hospitals, like Continental, and purchasing such things as IKEA. The region is secure with good parks. Some inside lanes are quite black at night; therefore, my disappointment. I believe street lights should be built right now.
