The society is extremely overpriced. There are a lot of fake brokers who keep talking about some random rates. esp. Sandeep Tyagi is a fake broker quoting wrong rates.
Most of the owners are highly obnoxious.
Facilities are there but it's over crowded with ~10k residents soon. If you have to go to a Gym, then you wont' find a place as it's so small. Same is the case with most of the facilities.
