Perfect place. Is nice and spacious. Flats are well designed and are spacious.
The complex is big and has a lot of open space.
Play area for kids. Badminton court , walking track, ample space for parking including guest parking.
Decent surroundings, the locality is very peaceful. Zero traffic zone. I like the greenery inside the premise. Courteous and patient staff, OC/CC received. I felt overall value for money. Amenities available are decent and enough for the entire family. Definitely a far cry from all the daily scenes of traffic and crowding. Builder interaction was informative and was able to provide all legal documents in a forthright manner.
