Salarpuria Sattva Cadenza is one of the biggest residential
projects in East Bangalore. It has more than 500 units. I like
the project because it is open from all three sides. The well-
ventilated area is good for living a healthy life.

parks. That's why I think it is a very good option for
investment. The primary reason for booking an apartment
here is the percentage of open areas and good connectivity
through a metro station.
