Manpada is situated in the center of the city. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. Connectivity is going to be good with the upcoming metro and roads to Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. I have never faced a problem like water shortage which is a regular problem in other areas. This locality is very convenient for traveling as local buses are available. This locality has good security.

Positives: I liked Manpada very much and stayed there. I found local businesses, parks, hospitals, and schools intriguing. Travelling was made simple by bus links and roadways. Students and workers can afford rent.

Negatives: Though traffic is occasionally bad and water supply erratic, living here still seems okay to me.
