reached by metro or by public vehicle. The roads are well maintained, hence, there is no
traffic issue. I had a 24X7 power supply in my locality.

See I have been living here since 25 and I have seen lots of changes in this locality. Now this
area has become a center of attraction for the persons who are working in the IT sector in
Noida. This place is well connected to the metro station. Shopping malls like Megacity Mall
gives you all your daily needs as well as entertainment. The power supply is very good in my
apartment. I can reach reputed hospitals very easily. What else does anyone ask for?

Sector 1 is a locality of hustle and bustle. Its proximity to the shopping malls, gym, banks,
and markets has made life smoother. Broad and well-maintained roads have accelerated
rapid growth. The IT hub is within 30 minutes' driving distance. This area has great
connectivity with the Indira Gandhi Airport. Global Foyer Mall and MGF Megacity Mall are
adjacent to the residential areas. The availability of good hospitals like Park Hospital and Rakesh Goyal Metro Hospital is very handful.

I have been living here for 3 years. Schools, colleges, branded shopping malls, and hospitals
are all nearby. I am really satisfied with that place. I have an uninterrupted power
supply at my apartment. I can easily go to my office by metro. One concern is govt buses
which can be hardly seen. Govt should improve this for the local people else everything is ok
for me.

Sector 1 has always been a prime option and I am thankful that I have got a residential plot in
that area. The location is incomparable. Everything is there to easily access. Megacity Mall is
a place where I and my friends can easily go to hangout. The marketplace is very near to my
apartment. I can easily go to my college by metro. One concern is increasing traffic.
