Positives: Though the area has a distinctive appeal with its historic Tipu Sultan's birthplace, it seems rather distant from the major city and I have been renting here for some time. I remain because my office is in the BIAL IT Investment Area. My knowledge is mediocre because the rent is very inexpensive, considerably less than in Hebbal.

Negative

Negatives: For checkups and grocery shopping, I normally go to the New Manasa Hospital and local shops, but there aren't many possibilities nearby for true amusement. Though right now traveling is a bit of a challenge, the next Doddajala metro stop would be a lifeline. Here, I desperately require more street lights and a better water supply. The distance from the mood of the capital city worries me the most.

Positives: I believe Devanahalli is a good area to live down as well as a fantastic investment. Because the air is much cleaner here than in the city, my experience has been mostly favorable. I find it beautiful that it's still not crowded. Its ideal location is the vast highways and expanding IT parks like the Hardware Park.

Negative

Negatives: There are certain service gaps I have observed, nonetheless, that call for enhancement. First of all, open plots' garbage management is rather disorganized. Also, the public transportation within the inside pockets is still rather poor; you really need your own car to get around. Not many high-end malls are nearby, therefore I have to drive rather far for significant shopping trips.

Positives: For its open areas, I really adore Devanahalli. This location is ideal for a calm existence because all emergency services, like Leena Multispeciality Hospital, are just a brief distance away. It is very easy to find the worldwide airport nearby. Using the NH-44 route and the standard BMTC buses, my experiences with connectivity have been excellent. Usually, I go to the local eateries or the neighbouring Brigade Orchards Shopping Center for weekend enjoyment.

Negative

Negatives: One of the issues bothering me is the fast dropping groundwater level, which has to be immediately addressed. Summer sees us fighting water shortage, something a lot of daily trouble is brought on by. All of us will find this site rather desirable.

Being a tenant in Devanahalli for the last year has made me really joyful. Since the region is very calm and green, unusual in Bangalore my experience has been fantastic. I moved here mostly for my employment, since I work close to Aerospace Park and the brief journey saves me a lot of time. Though I am waiting for the Blue Line metro to open, for my daily needs I typically take the local buses or the train from Devanahalli Railway Station. But what really disturbs me is the regular lack of adequate street lighting on some internal roads and the power outages. Matching the rapid expansion requires a significant overhaul of the local infrastructure.

Positives: I lived in Devanahalli a year ago and really enjoyed the calm, spacious mood apart from urban traffic. The very quick airport commute where I worked was my primary benefit. My preferred location for weekend walks was Devanahalli Fort, where I spent much of my time. For the tranquil surroundings, I too enjoyed going to the nearby Bettakote Lake. For families in the neighbourhood, MVM School was a very well-known school. My medical needs were effectively taken care of at Leena Multispeciality Hospital those years. Because the gated communities are kept under control, I felt really secure.

Negative

Negatives: I must say the place really requires excellent restaurants nearby. I believed the street lights needed very rapid reactions.

Right here for medical and educational needs, Akash Hospital and Akash International School The highway suits my travel advantages, but the Blue Line metro is still being built. The rental yield is increasing steadily, and the area is safe according my thoughts.

Negatives: I am really let down by the lack of sizable shopping malls and activities. My recommendation is to swiftly address the unstable water supply as well as unpaved internal roads.

Positives: Two years I stayed in Devanahalli working on my aviation project. The airport access is the best part for me, therefore I enjoyed the location. The NH-44 highway and the BMTC bus service, in my view, made my trip really easy. Most of my weekends were either spent at the Devanahalli Fort or nearby Nandi Hills. My physicals were performed at the Akash Hospital.

Negatives: The absence of even simple comforts like drinking water saddened me much. In my view, the area is still too far cut off from the major city. Lack of adequate street lights, in my view, is extremely frightening at night. My greatest hassle there was truly the drainage system.

Hence this place strikes me very appealingly. Strong connection is something I appreciate since I easily travel through NH-44, buses, and projected STRR highways to get to Kempegowda Airport. Nearby Akash International School and hospitals like Akash Hospital support me. Because my neighbourhood is calm and family-orientated, I feel safe at night too. Weekend trips to Nandi Hills and fresh air are something I value. Given increasing demand and rentals, I believe my investment is justified. Faster development of shopping areas and public transportation choices is what I see as being most important.
